An authentic place in which to enjoy excellent German food, delighted by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Cozy place. The small patio at the back is very cute. The price of the dishes is average. I absolutely recommend it.

After the long-time star chef, Lutz Niemann, went into his well-deserved retirement, we were able to enjoy the orangery again. It was like always. The best meal of all, whether starter, intermediate course or main course, such a tender deer calf, it really couldn't be beat. The team is worth at least one star, if not two! From the welcome from Mr. Brönner, the ambience of the orangery, to the service and the many delicacies, it really couldn't be more. What did our 12 year old son say? “5 out of 5 points”, which he hit the mark. Nothing more is possible. Thank you for this evening!

We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary with Conny and Hajo and felt comfortable right from the start. The food was highly praised by our guests. The Italian buffet was a blast. Everything was so nicely prepared and the location was the best choice. Many thanks to you.

Not particularly friendly service

My 2nd visit and the 2nd time I ordered pasta carbonara. Really tasty the first time with spaghetti and bacon, ham and well-seasoned sauce. The second time today with penne. Penne and sauce were there, but no bacon or ham anywhere. The friendly woman from the service asked if everything was okay. I described my understanding of carbonara and she immediately offered me a new portion with all the ingredients. That's professionalism - gladly again!

The food is so excellent and the price is relatively low. The restaurant is still as it used to be and has its charm. I went to the pasta buffet with 10 friends (every Tuesday and different every time) and we were thrilled again. Every time there is a meat pan and a scampi pan and then to take away. Everyone was super full. The waitresses are also very attentive, quick and extremely friendly. I have already experienced two silver weddings here. Two different celebrations, but both brilliant. The garden is a real asset. And I would leave everything else behind for the extremely good food. Of course 5 stars from me!

We tested it, met a lot of friendly people, and the food was also quite good, I had the schnitzel with paprika sauce, it was delicious, the schnitzel was very good, but I found the paprika sauce to be very spicy ketchup-like, and the consistency was also a bit different very viscous or very thick, a bit like paste. I think something could and should be improved here, but just my personal opinion. Overall we felt comfortable, the atmosphere is a bit rustic. I rate it overall with 3.5 stars and round up to 4 stars.

We were there twice in 6 days. Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. The service was super nice and very attentive. We'll definitely come back.
