Once again in the Bürgergarten restaurant and again very satisfied. Service was very accommodating and friendly, the food was steak with fried potatoes medium and tender as requested, the chicken liver was excellent in taste and consistency and a very large portion, the chicken curry could do with a little more chili, but it's a matter of taste. Recommended, gladly again 😊 When it comes to the ambience, the 5th 🌟 was lost in the construction noise at the pond, but hopefully it will be back in the summer old splendor.

Nice atmosphere, but NEVER AGAIN! By far the worst food with the unfriendly service to match. Completely inflated prices combined with non-existent taste and service do not result in value for money. Despite there being no guests, we had to wait a long time for the food. Unfortunately there was no fresh sushi and the accompanying wasabi was missing. It took eight minutes (that's how long my daughter was ignored at the counter) until wasabi was added. All dishes had a rather fishy aftertaste, but were otherwise unseasoned. The half chicken Hong Kong style was breaded chicken breast on a bed of soggy something. There was very little rice. Overall, considering the subsequent unpleasant belching and urgent need to go to the toilet for several people, we can only describe the food as disgusting. Instead of Sprite there was cheap lemon soda. There was no Coca Cola in my glass either. The service was pushy and unfriendly. Our complaint about the food was ignored. Instead we were asked to order dessert. Unfortunately I can't give it less than one star. The food ruined our day.

The 2nd attempt within 2 years. Unfortunately messed up again. The first time there was a lady at the counter - extremely unfriendly. The second time the gentleman - even unfriendly. Completely unclear, because Asians can't actually be unfriendly, or so I thought. The chicken meat was first removed from the completely dry noodles because noodles were ordered WITHOUT meat but with lots of vegetables. It's not possible, you should know that, but so be it. I was hungry. The vegetables were a few bean sprouts and 3 onion strips. If I hadn't added soy sauce, I would certainly have suffocated, even if this risk resolved itself after 3 bites, because some dried-out lumps of meat suddenly appeared in the food. So throw it in the trash. Unfortunately, the great price is of no use if the rest is below all standards. Please practice “without meat” a little more and maybe freshen up the stuff. NO meat means there was no meat in it before. A little more style please, then 1-2€ more for a snack isn't too much to ask.

Ordered online, paid with PayPal, delivery set for 5:45 p.m. Buffer set aside until 6:00 p.m. for route, order volume, etc. I had to call once around 6:15 p.m. and was told that the driver had already delivered the pizza. Which apparently couldn't be the case. I was told the driver will be contacted again. Even though I left my phone number, I was not called back or informed of the current status. So I called again around 6:30 p.m. and was told again that the driver was already there. My children were starting to get impatient and hungry. 6:45 p.m., a whole hour late, the driver finally made it and blamed the problem on the GPS on his cell phone. I hope the driver made it back to Franco's pizzeria in Döbeln despite the broken GPS.

We got a normal kebab there and noticed from the first bite that something was wrong. Now I ate the worst kebab with raw meat.

Pizza burned and also a stone on the pizza That was probably our last order!
