The hotel is centrally located, the room was clean, and the heating worked well. We had a good meal in the restaurant, with friendly service. 👍 The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended.

The 2nd attempt within 2 years. Unfortunately messed up again. The first time there was a lady at the counter - extremely unfriendly. The second time the gentleman - even unfriendly. Completely unclear, because Asians can't actually be unfriendly, or so I thought. The chicken meat was first removed from the completely dry noodles because noodles were ordered WITHOUT meat but with lots of vegetables. It's not possible, you should know that, but so be it. I was hungry. The vegetables were a few bean sprouts and 3 onion strips. If I hadn't added soy sauce, I would certainly have suffocated, even if this risk resolved itself after 3 bites, because some dried-out lumps of meat suddenly appeared in the food. So throw it in the trash. Unfortunately, the great price is of no use if the rest is below all standards. Please practice “without meat” a little more and maybe freshen up the stuff. NO meat means there was no meat in it before. A little more style please, then 1-2€ more for a snack isn't too much to ask.

Went to the kebab in Döbeln again today. As usual, always very good. Nice service and prepared with a lot of love. The taste is really very nice. Lots of meat and especially lots of cabbage, tomatoes and cucumber and of course the delicious sauce. Next visit, definitely.

Not recommended. Food was very disappointing and service was unfriendly. We didn't want to eat from the buffet and order something from the menu. At first it was said that there was only a buffet and no menu and then one was brought to us with the information that each dish costs 3 euros more than stated on the menu. We then had to pay a surcharge of 3 euros each for a children's meal and a side dish because we didn't eat from the buffet. Two different chicken dishes were one and the same. They were extremely unappetizing with a slimy sauce and soggy, over-breaded chicken.

Great ambience and great staff. The food was great. We would love to come back.

Ordered online, paid with PayPal, delivery set for 5:45 p.m. Buffer set aside until 6:00 p.m. for route, order volume, etc. I had to call once around 6:15 p.m. and was told that the driver had already delivered the pizza. Which apparently couldn't be the case. I was told the driver will be contacted again. Even though I left my phone number, I was not called back or informed of the current status. So I called again around 6:30 p.m. and was told again that the driver was already there. My children were starting to get impatient and hungry. 6:45 p.m., a whole hour late, the driver finally made it and blamed the problem on the GPS on his cell phone. I hope the driver made it back to Franco's pizzeria in Döbeln despite the broken GPS.

It's just a good thing my guests were hungry. I ordered three different pizzas. The pizzas don't deserve the name. The dough is hard rubber. It's a shame and embarrassing as a host.
