Indian fish curry smelled like it came from a can and was screamingly sweet. Not edible. Pizza Capri: dough sticky, cheese not tasty, no spices. Mixed salad: Dried cucumber, no tomatoes, old onions from the day before. No exaggerations at this point. Oh… and the driver wanted extra money because of the long journey.

We went to Wesemanns for the first time on Saturday and after great food it certainly wouldn't be the last time. I have rarely eaten such good fish and the service was very attentive and extremely friendly. You can easily combine a visit to Wesemanns with a trip on the Wipperliese. The railcar travels through the wildly romantic Wippertal from Wippra to Klostermansfeld. Full marks from us for a successful trip to the Harz foothills.

Yesterday we ordered several dishes to take away. Unfortunately, we can't really say much positive about any of the dishes. Kebab with chicken very bland and hardly any taste, pasta with spinach and pulled pork, okay so far, just hardly any meat! A pulled pork wrap, a disaster in terms of taste, the house burger was a nice size but also poor in taste and last but not least a Taco Royal, that was anything but a taco... Because it was prepared in a wrap and not in tacos ... In any case, we won't get any more food there. Very unfortunate.

Unfortunately our visit to the restaurant was disappointing. The waiting times were very long and there were language barriers that made communication difficult. The drinks served were stale and barely carbonated, but were exchanged without any problem when asked - but it shouldn't even get to that point. The tables were carelessly and simply set, without a tablecloth or decorative elements such as flowers - only cutlery wrapped in a napkin was available. Some of the food was very over-seasoned and, in my opinion, the portion sizes were disproportionate to the prices.

The food was great. However, the marking on Google Maps is not entirely consistent.

I went to the class reunion at the Herrenkrug and was happy with everything.
