Good room! Food and drinks were good too! The staff could be a bit nicer and less grumpy! I would definitely visit this hotel again!

I was completely satisfied with my stay at the Hotel Bierstüble in Sangerhausen. The breakfast was excellent – ​​fresh, varied, and lovingly prepared. We are regular guests at the hotel and the restaurant and always feel completely at home. The rooms are very well-maintained, comfortable, and ideal for families. The food in the restaurant is good, home-style cooking, always freshly prepared, delicious, and offered at fair prices – truly good value for money. The restaurant is also a great choice for smaller family celebrations. We always enjoy coming back!

A nice little hotel in downtown Sangerhausen. The hotel's parking spaces aren't easy to find, and there are only three available.

Traveling with eleven people and two VW buses is a bit like organizing a traveling circus - only with fewer animals and more luggage. Our expectations of the hotel were correspondingly high: it should be uncomplicated, clean, friendly and - very importantly - have enough parking space. And lo and behold: The “Bierstübl” delivered! We booked four double and three single rooms for two nights, including breakfast. The rooms are functionally furnished, clean, tidy and pleasantly simple. What was particularly pleasing was that the mattresses were consistently good – no back pain, no complaining at breakfast. The bathrooms? Somewhat more compact, but it has everything you need. If you don't want to do yoga synchronously, there is enough space. A real plus for group travelers with large vehicles: free parking spaces are available directly at the house - including a parking card and barrier remote control. That gives the Bulli group plus points. No annoying searching, no fiddling with parking tickets - just arrive and park like a pro. The breakfast was also a highlight: rich, balanced, fresh - and on the second morning we were even allowed to choose whether we wanted eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs or omelettes. Of course, all variants were lovingly prepared and made you want to start the day. Even the coffee was good - and that's almost worth an award in the hotel sector. The only downside: the attached restaurant was unfortunately fully booked. We would have liked to eat there, but the popularity barometer punishes anyone who reserves too late. Which, by the way, made us even more curious about the kitchen - next time we'll be quicker on the phone. We would particularly like to highlight the staff: consistently friendly, helpful and in a good mood - even with eleven people with individual questions, special requests and a bit of breakfast chaos. You felt welcome – not dismissed. Our conclusion: A down-to-earth, well-run hotel with heart, charm and well-functioning organization. If the path takes us back to Sangerhausen – and that is not ruled out – we already know: We will be back. And then with a table reservation.

Someone really tried hard.... Not! The steak was gray and streaky and suggests that it was a cheap grilled steak from a package. Seasoned meat tasted like it came from a can. There was also rudimentary toasted cheese on top ^^ No wonder no one wants to go out to eat anymore. Either you live gastronomy or you don't. Make your own judgment...

Super delicious food, coupled with a sumptuous starter salad! Some dishes have a variety of side dishes to choose from. The kale was al dente and there was a super crunchy Bregenwurst with it. The schnitzel was tender and the rosemary potatoes were simply divine! The rooms are not the most modern, but super clean! A free parking space is available. Breakfast is available from 6:30 a.m. Since I had to leave the hotel at 5:30 a.m., the entire breakfast was served especially for me from 5:15 a.m.! You don't get this service everywhere! Big plus point!!! Gladly again! Both for eating and sleeping!

Nice small hotel with private parking, clean, friendly owners.

We received a very friendly welcome. The restaurant has a beautiful beer garden. The beer was moderately priced. The room was very clean, in a quiet location and the beds were comfortable. There are enough towels and pillows available. The minibar was very well stocked. The breakfast selection was extensive and sufficient. The hard-working ladies created a relaxed atmosphere. Parking spaces are available free of charge at the house. You can quickly reach the city center on foot.

This was a great single room with a clean shower. We'd love to come back.

Simple but clean and cozy hotel in a prime location. I often go there for work and now it's a bit like "coming home". The operators are very nice and take loving care of the guests. I look forward to coming back there every time.

I think the food is better otherwise! The cook was probably sick. We waited an incredibly long time. There was a lack of spice, and even the waiter couldn't get it out with his Mansfeld style. German restaurants are so awesome! You have to try it again!

Die Gaststätte bietet Hausmannskost. Das Essen ist lecker, die Auswahl ist ausreichend.Die Bedienung ist nett, die Wartezeit angemessen. Im Biergarten kann man sehr gut sitzen.

Essen war OK Gastraum ziemlich kühl

Wie gewohnt gutes Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Dazu ein paar frisch gezapfte Gläser Warsteiner Pils. Was will man mehr ? Solange es noch warm ist , kann man im Biergarten sitzen , was für die Raucher sehr bequem ist.

Bin hier im Restaurant gewesen Spargelgericht mit Medaillons Pute ...super gegessen und freundlich ..bin hier auch im Hotel ..fühle mich wohl ..auch in der Stadt

Unsere Sportgruppe hat hier ihrer Weihnachtsfeier gefrönt. Die Tafel war festlich geschmückt, das Essen lecker und die Bedienung war flott. Also, ich würde jederzeit auch privat hergehen.👍
