Best Spaniard in the area! Here they know how to cook Spanish, everything is done very traditionally and really tasty. We've been coming back for years.

Incredibly unfriendly staff. We can't comment on the food as we left after being treated so badly. We asked where we could sit. They said free choice of seats. Apparently there was an area cordoned off by 2 chairs that you weren't allowed to vote. When we came, the 2 chairs weren't there. After we entered the area, an employee told us to leave and that the area was specifically blocked off with chairs. Even when we told him that we didn't find the chairs like that, there was no apology for such an unfriendly approach. There was then a space left for us in front of the toilet. We sat down briefly. But we were immediately annoyed by the toilet door constantly opening. When we got up and left, no one took any notice of us. It's nice that this restaurant/snack bar is doing so well that it can treat potential guests like this.

We were here today to eat with a group of four cyclists. One of our passengers was refused to charge the battery of his e-bike by a young, not very friendly waitress. We then all left the restaurant without eating anything and we certainly won't be coming here again.

Visited you for breakfast for the first time. We really liked it, the selection leaves nothing to be desired. The rolls from Wäller in Bad Marienberg are excellent. The staff at the reception and in the dining area are very friendly and always at eye level. We will be happy to recommend the hotel. Will definitely come back.

We ordered a family pizza for dinner today. First of all: There was nothing wrong with the quality of the pizza itself. However, we were a bit annoyed by the size of the pizza. According to the menu, a normal large pizza should have a diameter of 30cm. Our family pizza was 37cm in diameter. According to the map it should have a diameter of 40cm. Even with this 40cm it wouldn't even be twice as big as a normal large pizza (at a price more than twice as high!), but with the 37cm supplied it's almost an outrage. 🤷🏻‍♂️ There were also irregularities with our last order: the salad was okay, but my kebab had yoghurt sauce on it instead of the cocktail sauce I ordered. It wouldn't have been an issue for me, but if you obviously have to worry about something else every time you order, I wonder whether we shouldn't order somewhere else next time. 🤔

We used the delivery service, what was supposed to be 80 minutes turned into 130 minutes! Food also faulty! Unfriendly on the phone, not recommended!

Upscale Alpine gastronomy, with a beautiful hotel also run in Alpine style. Friendly, helpful and open staff. Gastronomy fully meets expectations. Hotel also has a small spa area and an almost perfect breakfast. I would love to come back.

The service from the woman on the phone is below zero and customer-friendly is also a foreign word... We received something that we didn't order. I then called and was ignorantly lied to. That was the last time we ordered here!!!
