We had a really great evening in Thüres with 7 people. The food was truly a dream for all 7 courses. The service was always very good. The wine list also leaves absolutely nothing to be desired, whether wines from the Sermann winery or high-end wines from all over Germany. It's really rare to find such a wine list and if it's calculated in such a way that it invites you to drink another bottle, then everything is really perfect. Thank you for this unforgettable evening! I'll be back on my next visit to the Ahr!

Great hotel and excellent cuisine, really enjoy it

After a stay on the summer toboggan run, we spontaneously decided to eat at your place. 4 adults 3 children without a reservation and we were allowed to stay. THANK YOU and it was🫠 SUPER🤰🏼 delicious, we'll be back 🙂

It doesn't look that great from the outside (unfortunately), but the food is great, the prices are fair and the service is warm and wonderful. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much for one. Very cozy and relaxing evening.

We ate at Paolo's twice this week👍 The dishes were absolutely delicious (the salad dressing was simply a “poem”😋) and Paolo was a kind-hearted person👌💚

Burnt currywurst fried too quickly and fries too salty wasn't tasty, it's a shame I won't come back

Beautiful restaurant with delicious dishes, and nice friendly service. We had starter, schnitzel and dessert. All were top, delicious food.
