You can tell the employees don't have any desire to work. They stand around chatting loudly to each other, and someone's constantly walking out of the store, into the kitchen, and then back out again, wearing normal clothes. Sorry, but do you have to understand that? There was no one in front of me. I only ordered two things. It took a really long time. I worked behind the counter for a long time myself. It just comes across as crap when they just stand around. Then they stand there where customers can't see them. Customer service is basically zero, haha. McDonald's is 10,000 times better, sorry, ahhaha.
