Yesterday, June 7th, 2024, I was there for the first time, but not my first time in the bird park. You can sit outside in the restaurant at the Vogelpark and there are also plenty of seats inside. The design of the interior is a matter of taste, but it suits the bird park. Service, probably boss, super friendly and nice. The prices are on the high end, but the food is great. I ordered the schnitzel with pepper sauce (there were actually 2 schnitzels, which puts the price into perspective a bit. Super tasty, also the sauce... The service was super nice and courteous. I would always come here again if I were there...

A reservation or a call is highly recommended as it can be full here with hiking groups, unfortunately they don't always register in advance, and so there can be time constraints - the kitchen really appealed to us, delicious old-school German food - the price/performance ratio is right for us here - you also have the choice of dining inside in a very cozy atmosphere or enjoying it on the terrace with a wonderful view of nature

The food is very good and affordable. The service is high. Very courteous and friendly service. We'd love to come back.

The place is nice, nothing to complain about. But there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of friendliness and service. Above all, check the bill carefully.
