The employee was super nice and very accommodating. The Jägerschnitzel was by far the best I've ever eaten in my 55 years - great meat, a great sauce with lots of mushrooms and everything at a fair price. The fries were also perfect. My wife had a large chicken salad which was also excellent. The journey was a bit tricky because Google Maps actually sent us into the forest in the dark and with snow and ice - something was wrong. But of course the café can't do anything about it. Conclusion: We are happy to come back and are happy to accept the 35 km journey. Many thanks to the Café Hülsenbecke team! 😊

Since the change of ownership the service has not been the same. The friendliness of some of the employees also leaves something to be desired. Unfortunately 🫤

Ordered food for 6 people, received 5 times. We were then insulted on the phone saying we were too stupid to order and then shut down. Was the last time.

The food was very tasty but the rest was a disaster

Not recommended! We ordered two pizzas yesterday, and when they were delivered, they were cold and tasteless. The driver couldn't even manage the change. Considering the service and the prices, the food is truly abysmal. Never again!

Worst service there is. I ordered a coffee with oat milk, but I received one with regular milk. After a brief inquiry and two rude employees who thought it was the right one, they reluctantly went to get me a new coffee. They simply swapped the lid and asked me back for the old coffee under the pretext of a new one. Simply impudent and customer deception to the max. The burgers were cold, by the way.
