Food good. Delivery time is a complete disaster. We sometimes waited up to 3 hours for our food. Upon request after over 2 hours. During the waiting time, the only response was “You are not the only customer (ordered at 4:50 p.m. and at 7:00 p.m. we should wait another 60 minutes”), which was unreasonable. After being a customer for 10 years, we have now found a good alternative. Such customer processing is more than just inappropriate. We and our friends will no longer order here. Everyone experienced the same thing.

So I just ordered a skewer plate and carbonara and that was like a slap in the face, not even the salad was a shame for my money

The Syrian restaurant is very child-friendly. There are 3 high chairs here, which is an extraordinary amount for a restaurant of this size. Even our twins (currently 2 years old) are always looked after in a friendly manner. The food is perfect. The lamb skewers were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Simply perfect.

On October 9th & 10.10 2024 visited. Good location in Bermuda3Eck, on Wednesdays all schnitzels with a side dish are €10. On Thursdays all cocktails €5/0.5 liter. The schnitzel and fries were very tasty. Portion is absolutely ok for the price. The large Calpi with its 0.5 liters had it all. Any time.

We were there with 25 guests and had reserved. Everything's fine. Nice service, delicious food. No comparison to the experiences with previous operators.

I'm spoiled when it comes to very good kebab. For years I bought, among other things, kebabs from a Turkish grill master. He had elaborately made his own kebab. I had watched him do it from time to time. I've been to my Döner twice so far. Ordered 2x kebab. The first time was a while ago and the kebab shop around the corner was closed. Unfortunately. Closed on Saturdays. I'm pretty happy with the food there. Even if the kebab costs 6.90. I really like the veal kebab there. Juicy, deliciously seasoned. At least it's not a run-of-the-mill industrial product. This time too I found the kebab at my Döner to be very dry and with a bland taste. The way that run-of-the-mill stuff from industrial production tastes. Like most kebab shops, cheap. I also found the salad in the kebab to be limp, listless, dreary stuff. The people inside are okay, nice. But what good is that if you want to eat a juicy, tasty kebab? Nothing! Then it's better to have a slice of bread with delicious cold cuts than this "cheerless mass-produced product".

Food was good, service friendly. I had the wild boar goulash. The portion could have been a bit bigger.

Food arrived cold, fries and sweet potato fries were sticky, sauces and dressings were wrong, burgers were also completely cold, barely topped, and the lettuce on the burgers apparently wasn't washed. A very clear case for the health department. Drinks were correct. At least 5 defective. Service was the most impudent thing ever, when we asked for a new delivery there was a lot of discussion, which then became too stupid for me and I wanted my money back. They then hung up and no one answered again. If you could give 0 stars I would, I have no idea how such conditions get a license from the main company... Then I prefer to order from the center in Gelsenkirchen, never had any problems there.

Pasta was mediocre (sauce sour, taste otherwise OK, pasta OK). The pizza, on the other hand, was very good 👍🏼 The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
