We love the food and the ambience at Schultenhof. The food is always delicious, the staff is extremely friendly and the location of the restaurant is very idyllic. A few days ago I reserved a table for several people and it was set very stylishly for us. I would like to give more than 5 stars.

Best kebab shop in Bochum. If you want something particularly spicy, order a Tobias kebab there...the staff knows the name and knows what to do.

This was the most disgusting food I have ever eaten, you couldn't eat it. He charged 3 pizzas, 2 salads and rolls for €71. I would have been better off wiping my butt with them. Absolutely disgusting. You can save yourself the order!!!!!! I don't want to give a star but the post doesn't work without a star.

The food was tasty and well portioned. Unfortunately the service is not. It took about 40 minutes from arrival to presentation of the card. 🫢... The order could only be placed after another 35 minutes. 🫣 The drinks came after another 18 minutes...the appetizer took another 15 minutes, the food took another 25 minutes... unbelievable..‼️‼️... The restaurant was very busy that evening, but only 2 People took care of drinks and serving the dishes. Completely understaffed. All in all, an annoying evening despite good food. First of all, the phone number on the website is not correct!!! The correct number is: 0234 53057011 New tenant since the beginning of the year, also a real chef and great waitresses. Everyone very friendly. A new tent was set up for the beer garden. The food is freshly prepared and tastes great. Requests are also gladly accepted. The portions are good and sufficient. I ordered two Cigköfte wraps here, there was extremely little filling and also very poorly wrapped. Unfortunately, the taste is not what we know from other Cigköftem. The lady who collected the money was chewing gum, that really wasn't normal anymore, I haven't seen so much disrespect in years.

The organization is super annoying. There is only one queue for 3-4 dishes. Then they are usually only issued by two people. This ensures that you always stand in line for what feels like forever. Yesterday the only vegetarian dish was out again and the pasta counter was also closed. Then all that was left was salad if you didn't want to spend part of your lunch break standing there and waiting. Very often I don't get any specific information about ingredients: "Is there XY in there? I'm allergic." "I'll ask." Wait 5 minutes. "We don't know." Great...

We ordered via the website (pickup) and paid using the PayPal function offered there. When we picked it up, we were told that the order had not been received and that the PayPal function did not work because no account details were stored. It was still debited. The pizzeria employee apparently found the incident entirely amusing and was happy to let us reimburse ourselves via PayPal. The whole number doesn't work! I can therefore only warn against ordering on the homepage! Otherwise, the food tastes good, but that can't make up for the lack of service and the incident.

Called specially so that the store doesn't have to pay the Lieferando fees. I recalculated afterwards and paid €31.5 on site instead of €25 at Lieferando. When asked, I got a rather sloppy answer, no explanation and then just hung up. It's a shame, pizza is quite good.
