I don't come here anymore. It was hot, after a 30km bike ride we wanted to stop off in the beer garden. When we had finally locked all the bikes, we only discovered a “Closed Society” sign in front of the entrance. My request to put the sign up so that it could be seen in good time was, in my opinion, answered by the servant in a very rude, stroppy manner and with malicious remarks in front of all the guests. I don't want to be treated like that.

Absolute outrageousness when paying: I was manipulated into paying a €6 service charge because I ate in the snack bar! This was repeated 4 times!!!! My meal cost €12, and the "boss" charged €20, laughing at me the whole time. Even after I paid the €12, he had the nerve to remind me again of the service charge. He claimed it was written on the price list. I left the "restaurant" saying that, under these circumstances, I absolutely do not tip. He tried, and I don't believe he treated the guests who paid before me and were also "served" in the snack bar the same way. But he was wrong about me! I will NEVER eat or pick up food there again; there are other snack bars in Beverungen.

The fries are an absolute hit. The prices are quite reasonable.

Very cozy pub, nice restaurant and super nice and attentive owner. The room was also cozy and clean!
