Compared to the old operators, the new owners are not only much more reliable, but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Fresh, high-quality ingredients and a perfectly baked crust make every pizza a culinary highlight. I recently visited Pizza Pronto pizzeria and loved my experience there. The new owners have really brought a breath of fresh air into the restaurant. Ordered here via Lieferando and were unfortunately a little disappointed… The extra onion topping was forgotten. Otherwise, unfortunately the Lieferando app also stated that there was veal... Unfortunately the Dürüm was made with turkey... The food was still very tasty! And the delivery person was on time and extremely accommodating :) I would advise ordering by phone and not via Lieferando!

Went there for dinner today. We ate inside. Very tastefully decorated. Service was friendly and the food tasted fantastic. The prices were very reasonable. For 2 people with a starter and a drink 24 euros, that's fair. We would love to come back 👍

I've been ordering regularly from Pronto for about a year now. It's my go-to snack bar and so far I haven't been negatively surprised once. The food was warm, met my expectations and every comment I made in the app (special requests) was also made.

An employee awaits you on site who is so busy with his cell phone that you just stand there and are not served. Döner plate for 8.50 unfortunately without sauce or mayo etc. Unfortunately, the meat “fresh from the spit” was cold and not properly cooked. Fries are very, very hard, guess it's leftovers that were quickly warmed up in the deep fryer, and they also taste like old fat.

We ordered through Liferando and unfortunately we were not satisfied with the delivery or the wrong item was delivered. The calzone was OK. The pizza wasn't a "Hawaii" pizza, judging by the ingredients, it was probably a "Hollandaise". The stated delivery time was also not met. The overall impression is therefore inadequate (5). Unfortunately, the restaurateur didn't respond to our complaint at all. You can make a mistake, but showing no reaction at all is not possible and is outrageous. A pity... P.S. See answer below... everything is wrong 1. it was only on Monday, June 17th. So 2 days ago, and 2. there was no response to our complaint at all...

Nice place. Good food. Pretty cheap. They mixed up chicken wings and chicken nuggets. So they charged for the chicken nuggets which were cheaper. The food came quick. Nice Staff. Definitely worth going to.

Nach einer langen Rennradtour am Ostersonntag meine Rettung. Eine leckere Pizza 🍕mit frischen Champignons, gutem Käse und einem Teig auf den Punkt knusprig gebacken. Bedienung war freundlich und hat mich mit meinem Rad willkommen geheißen. Was will man mehr. Vielen Dank

Ich wurde heute super durch das Pizzaprontoteam überrascht. Zum einen ist der Umbau im Verkaufsraum sehr ansprechend geworden und dann noch die Freundlichkeit des Personals, man fühlt sich als Kunde sehr willkommen und bekommt ein Lächeln auf das Gesicht gezaubert. Hochanzurechnen ist das der Chef das Trinkgeld an das Personal weitergibt. Zuhause angekommen dann die große Überraschung, im Pizzakarton erwarte mich eine Pizza wie ich sie sonst nur vom Italiener kenne, Handwerklich top zunereitetund super belegt. Macht weiter so und ihr werdet euch in Beverungen einen Namen für eure Speisen machen;).

Anfangs sehr gut aber mittlerweile leider nicht mehr . Lieferung sollte 40 Minuten dauern, warten mussten wir 1 1/2 Stunden. Dem entsprechend waren die Pizzen und die restliche Bestellung kalt teilweise sogar nicht durch. Ebenso mussten wir selbst zusammen rechnen wie viel unsere Bestellung kostet, da der Fahre keine Preise kannte. Eigentlich kein Fan von schlechten Rezensionen aber heute leider verdient....

Nach 1,5 Stunden warten kalte Pizza, rohe Pommes und mehr als Mager belegt. Bin kein Freund von schlechten Bewertungen. Aber diesmal berechtigt.
