We had dinner here for my grandma's 85th birthday. Unfortunately we had to wait an hour for the drinks and then 1.5 hours for the food! The friendly waiter tried very hard and couldn't do much about it. There is obviously a lack of organization here. Maybe the boss should shine with more presence and spend less time in the DomRep.

I received a stay at the Hotel Platte as a gift for my birthday. It was the girlfriends weekend that I spent there with my daughter. The double room was newly renovated and very comfortable. I deducted a star for the room because the sliding door to the bathroom didn't close properly. There were 2x 4 course menus included. The food was super delicious! The breakfast is so rich that you can't try everything. All the service staff were totally helpful and friendly. The wellness program is very diverse and the employees are very, very nice. We felt very comfortable there and can easily imagine spending a holiday there again. B. Hafner
