I was here for breakfast and had the Menemen breakfast with scrambled eggs. The food was really tasty and there was a nice selection of spreads. The scrambled eggs were excellent.
The waitress (Leo) was really very friendly and accommodating.
Of course the food is very good! We have been there several times and have always been very satisfied.
However, today we were very disappointed with how inflexibly we were treated. We had called beforehand to see if there was anything available at short notice on a Saturday. Yes, from 8:30 p.m. onwards that wouldn't normally be a problem, was the answer. The official opening time on a Saturday is until 11 p.m.
We then went to the restaurant at around 8:40 p.m. with 3 people, and there were 3! Tables free.
Nevertheless, we were turned away with the message that they would no longer be able to provide us with food. For three people? Way before 11 p.m.! Especially since a table was breaking up at the same time.
Absolutely incomprehensible! Totally inflexible and rather unfriendly behavior! I guess we weren't welcome.
I'll leave it as it is, but I would like to change the rating for the better!
From what I see online now, the kitchen only makes food until 9:00 p.m. This could have been communicated clearly on the phone and on site. Then we could have saved ourselves the journey.
Then I don't want to complain so hard and improve my rating again, the food is just a poem :-)
We'll be back, but we were still disappointed at the moment ;-)
Registering 8 people at short notice was no problem.
Delicious food and accommodating
Service and, at the end, a coffee liqueur on the house.
It doesn't get any better.
A sign at the bottom of the stairs showing the way to the restaurant would be good.
We'd love to come back.
I just wonder where the positive reviews come from. The food tastes like it was smothered in potato flour. Zero taste. I do not recommend. The lady who served us was very cold. She was coughing all the time.
Three words “Burger and more” or warmth, passion and enjoyment.
When you enter the restaurant, the owner, Dennis, greets you warmly and makes you feel at home. Dennis prepares the food with passion and creates the plate with a lot of love and inventiveness.
For you as a guest, the enjoyment comes at the end. 🥰
Our children no longer want to go out to eat with us unless we go to “Burger and more”!!!
We celebrate Dennis as an enrichment in Scheeßel.
The worst shop suey with chicken I have ever eaten in my life. Just disgusting, the meat was so disgusting and everything had no taste. I'll definitely never need that again.
We placed an order for 19 people, wrote it on a spreadsheet at home and brought it over quickly.
1 1/2 hours later everything was ready, the pizzas and kebabs were numbered from top to bottom and everything was correct without any complaints including special requests!
In terms of taste, Amore is as good as any other shop in the area, but the prices are cheaper.
The guys behind the counter are friendly.
We'll be back 😁
The food was relatively high in glutamate. Otherwise good quality with fresh vegetables in the sauce. If you use less glutamate for your food, at least 1 star more.
As soon as we walked in, I immediately noticed the large number of people.
The atmosphere was wonderful and what I particularly remember was the service - being so welcoming to such a large group deserves recognition. 🫡
Our table was never empty, people kept asking if we needed anything else, the dishes were explained, and the staff also helped us navigate the underground bowling area. A really cool room and I particularly liked that there was a jukebox and that we were brought lots of tea and everything we needed to enjoy the cake. ☕️😎
Thank you for a wonderfully spent birthday! 🌷
The food was so delicious that we didn't even get around to taking a proper photo of it. 🫣
