Delicious food and nice atmosphere

Small but good food, there are many options for lunch in Worms. Whether Greek, dörner, pizza, fish or just hearty. For me it just has to be right. Taste, quantity, appearance, friendliness and the price. You can find it all here. I have one point: it could be a little friendlier and brighter, but that's a matter of taste.

Great view of the Rhine plain, very friendly staff and the very good buffet had something for everyone.

Delicious restaurant next to the tennis courts. The selection is sufficiently large so that everyone should find something. The staff is nice and quick. The atmosphere is more sporty and less comfortable. The dishes were all very tasty 😋 I'm already looking forward to the next time 😊

Immer wieder gerne im Sommer! Ein einfaches, aber bezauberndes Gartenlokal im Sommer. Wir waren wieder einmal hier gelandet, als wir aus der Villa Journal geflüchtet waren, nachdem dort das Personal, wie fast immer völlig überfordert war. Beim Friedrich wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und trotz vollem Lokal fand sich nach kurzer Zeit ein schöner Tisch für uns. Trotz des vollen Lokals, wurden wir zügig und sehr zuvorkommend bedient, was sehr angenehm war, nach der Erfahrung in der Villa Journal nebenan. Die Auswahl an Speisen waren gut und das Essen wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, als wir 2,5 Stunden später das Lokal wieder verließen. Gerne wieder! :-)

We were there spontaneously and were warmly welcomed. It was very crowded that day and we didn't have a reservation. The waitress was still able to help us find a seat. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, highly recommended.

Very easily accessible beer garden at the train stop. The drinks and food came pretty quickly, but I found a hair in my gyro. The food itself looked good, but the gyros were very smelly and there wasn't enough tzatziki for me. After I asked the waitress about the smell, she said it smelled normal. After a friend of mine also found a hair in her food, I stopped eating. Definitely not recommended.

We were a large group and were looked after very well! Very tasty food in attentive, patient service! Great ambience. Our dog also received a great farewell treat. We'll definitely be back. Dog friendly, kid friendly and delicious!

When I took the order, I almost burned myself if the friendly driver hadn't pointed out that the food was still really hot (and that's how it should be!). [Update February 2025: This wasn't an isolated incident - today's order also came almost 10 minutes earlier than announced, was really hot - and delicious! The palak paneer was spicy, had a good spiciness, and there were also very thinly sliced ​​red onions in it. The tastiest thing I've ever eaten. And the cheese cubes were numerous and tender. Overall, a very large portion that could almost be enough for two. Oh yes - the Garlic Naan was also hot and delicious. Tip: By the way, you can now also order directly from the restaurant's website, which is cheaper than using Lieferando. So: The 5 stars stay and shine a little brighter! Update end] The portion of palak paneer was really big with lots of cheese pieces in it. I wouldn't have had to order the garlic naan bread and the papadums anymore. All three dishes tasted very good. The spinach with the Indian cheese was very well seasoned, there were also pieces of ginger, a very slight spiciness that further enhanced the taste. Very, very tasty. The basmati rice that came with it was also high quality and had the typical taste. The fact that the food was hot was the icing on the cake. The papadums were also very crispy, well seasoned and tasty. The naan bread was a little tough, but I put it back in the oven with a little butter and it also tasted very good. So: 5 stars - of course I can't speak for the ambience, but I know that the restaurant at least looks cozy from outside (and in summer it also offers seats outside with a view of the square). The price was quite high at just under 21 euros, but reasonable. I'm really full now, I feel good, I found it very tasty and it certainly won't be the last time I order from Delhi-Palace in Seeheim.
