I had a wonderful experience at Platform 3! The food was excellent – ​​fresh, tasty and prepared with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant, which invites you to linger. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more pleasant. The service was quick and professional. The selection on the menu is also varied, so there is something for every taste. Overall, a great restaurant in Rodgau that I can definitely recommend! The location is really beautiful. Especially if you know the place from before, it has blossomed into something beautiful. The toilets take some getting used to and the interior designer could have done more with them. But now we come to the essentials: six of us ate there today. Three dishes would have included a side salad. They didn't come at all. We only changed the 6th meal so that instead of fried potatoes we wanted fries. That must have been really difficult, this food only came when asked. The other 5 had now finished eating. To make up for it we got 3 desserts on the house, the 6th one. Late meals were also not charged and there was a cheese platter. In itself a nice gesture to put the guests in a good mood again. But what was really subpar was the service. The waitress seemed to be ashamed after the worst meal service and neither asked when clearing away whether it was tasty nor did she even come up with the idea of ​​asking if we wanted something more to drink. For dessert we weren't asked if we wanted espresso, schnapps or anything. The restaurant was not very busy today and there were always two employees behind the counter. There is no relationship between price and performance here. It's a shame for the nice restaurant, but with this crew it probably won't work. I do not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances. You can definitely spend your money in better places!

Ordered online from the delivery service using our own app, received confirmation, money was debited - 1 1/2 hours later we were assured by telephone - after we had already been trying to reach one of the two phone numbers for 30 minutes - that the delivery service was not “open” today. That's amateurish. Should you always call beforehand and ask if it really works...?

Since we live nearby, we come here quite often. The food is good, but not the finest. The service depends on the waiters' mood. For example, when we wanted a drink there in the afternoon, the waiters ignored us. Only when we got up did one come. The ambiance is a blend of elegance and down-to-earthness. It's worth a visit.

We liked ordering from 123Pizza back then. The food was really great at the time and the delivery came quite quickly. The pizza rolls were an absolute must with the salad. :-) Unfortunately, that was a few years ago and in the meantime - in my opinion - things have not changed for the best. We've had it twice now that food wasn't delivered or was delivered incorrectly. The delivery times for large and small orders average 60 minutes or more. Unfortunately, the taste of the food also deteriorated considerably. Example: The feta in the feta cheese salad was more reminiscent of haloumi. All in all, we will now order somewhere else. Really a shame. We never ate there, so I can't comment on that.
