A beautifully located little restaurant with great food. In summer the terrace is a dream.

As usual, everything was excellent.

The food tasted good, but the music was a bit annoying.

Good home-style food, friendly service, would love to come back

Grundsätzlich möchte ich sagen das es eigentlich ok war, leider auch nicht mehr. Ich denke mal es ist der Besitzer der einen bediente. Ab einen gewissen Alter ändert man sich eh nicht mehr, aber grad im Service gehört eine gewisse Höflichkeit dazu. Die kam sogar paarmal zum Vorschein. Zum Essen. Meine Frau hatte ein Nudelgericht gewählt, was leider total in Sauce unterging. Geschmacklich leider auch eher durchschnitt. Die Pizza war ganz gut, aber mehr auch nicht .Die Pizza muss man nicht unbedingt empfehlen. Zum Abschluss der Cappuccino und Kaffee war super. Aber bei der Bewertung sollte das Essen im Vordergrund stehen. Und deswegen wird das hier leider nicht unser Lieblings Italiener.

I went hiking with my mother and stopped there. We had the soup, the game with spaetzle and schnitzel with fries. The soup was really very good. The schnitzel was nice and thin and crispy fried as it should be. (See pictures) The game was tender. The view and location are simply great. Will recommend it.

As a spontaneous destination on a bike tour, Tom's Diner is an ideal stop. You can sit comfortably on the terrace in a quiet environment. The service is quick and courteous. Whether it's a salad, currywurst or burger, everything tastes good and is well prepared. Add an Äppler or a cold beer and it's fine. The prices are also very fair... very happy again...

You are aware that you are eating rustic food when you go to a restaurant like this, but it will probably need a complete renovation. It was very musty, the table was sticky even though there wasn't much going on. The dishes and the steel potties are probably 30 years old. Something was slapped into containers without love, reminds me a lot of hospital food. The food was OK, but nothing special. I also have this during my lunch break when I go to the discount store and get something warm to eat at the counter. Conclusion: You can do it, but you don't have to. Here in the Odenwald there are better places to eat rustic, but also cozy, better and cleaner food.

It was with great anticipation that I ordered a rump steak with croquettes and butter beans. Unfortunately, the rump steak was like a shoe sole and overcooked. The croquettes and butter beans were good, though. It's a shame to be served a shoe sole at a price of 30 euros. But the shop itself isn't bad. The ice cream is very tasty and the delivery is always quick!

The Odenwälder wedding feast was great, we'll be back 👍

Food was good, but not a highlight, service could have been more attentive.

We decided to visit here today (Wednesday) on a spur of the moment. The landlord was friendly and the waiting time for the food was short. The schnitzels were freshly prepared, we heard them being made in the kitchen. And then it tasted good too. Very nice.
