Worst Asian food I've eaten anywhere

Dead cockroach in food!!! Never again! I can't say anything about the food itself because I've lost my appetite.

I would like to rate the food, but unfortunately I never got around to it. We stood in the store for two minutes, two men were walking around in the KFC and one was standing in the Pizza Hut, but his back was turned to us... When my father loudly said that we should have eaten somewhere else, he was still upset not moved at all 😂 So I recommend the manager to take a closer look at who they are hiring. He obviously saw us when we went into the Pizza Hut because he was doing something to the pizzas that were already at the front. Not even a hello, just nothing. Ridiculous store!!!!

Really a flop! I hear and see 3 euros for the first time after the second carbon change. It didn't taste good at all. I wanted to continue smoking my girlfriend's shisha. We had 4 shishen in total. Then I wanted money from an employee. He said no, your girlfriend didn't want to. But I want to, especially if it's with money. He didn't bring it. We sat with all the girls and the shisha wasn't specialized for one person. Really strange place...

Ordered food online, the portions were great, the delivery came very quickly, the food was very tasty!! Will order there again 😁 -came here the next day with friends and everything on the upper floor is so beautifully designed, great atmosphere. So if you want to eat here, go to the 1st floor!!

Ich kann das Bootshaus Bürgel nur empfehlen. Bei unserem letzten Besuch vom 03.08.24 hat uns das Team kurzfristig eine Reservierung gewährt. Wir haben um ca. 15:00 Uhr für 10 Personen reservieren dürfen, welches nicht jedes Restaurant im Hochsommer mitmacht. Als wir ankamen, waren leider die Götter des Wetters nicht auf unserer Seite, und hinzu hat sich ergeben, dass wir mehr wie 10 Besucher wurden. Das Team hat ohne weitere Fragen eine Lösung uns dargestellt, und als der Regen in Eimern vom Himmel goss, waren Sie stets präsent und haben sich um uns alle gekümmert so gut es ging. Hut ab! Das essen war wie immer MEGA lecker, und es lohnt sich einfach jedesmal hinzugehen. Danke an das Team und an die tolle Erfahrung. Es war einmal wieder ein schöner gelungener Abend... Trotz Regen!

Fast delivery and good processing, food tasted very good

I have often ordered here and have always been satisfied. However, last time they simply didn't include a 12 euro kebab plate! I called and they said they wouldn't bring it because it was a long way and I would get it next time. I gave the date order number and was told I would get my 12 euro plate for it No, instead they gave me a 2 euro Fanta. I don't even drink sweet things and what about my other €10 worth of food? So you take the money and don't keep what was ordered! I'm really angry, I called 20 times and it wasn't picked up once I will advise people not to order here in the future as there is no accountability for mistakes that can happen. On the contrary, money is withheld and they say they have given too much of what they don't even drink!!!

Is under new management and not exactly recommended for breakfast. The dishes look different than on the menu. I don't like the card at all. The young man who did service and bar at the same time was very friendly. The atmosphere is very cool
