Completely inconspicuous, hidden in the clubhouse of the local tennis club, a small, fine restaurant with classic, hearty, tasty Croatian cuisine. For a Tuesday evening, it was well attended. The service was very friendly and attentive. The prices are extremely reasonable in relation to the excellent quality served...We will definitely come back and enjoy Pola Pola a second time.

A great family-run hotel and restaurant with a host who also produces great wines. We were lucky enough to try 2024 vintages after a wine tasting in the neighboring Johannesberg Castle. Price line top. We can only recommend it.

Very attentive, friendly staff, delicious food to sit inside and outside. Free parking space (parking disc 3 hours parking time) in the immediate vicinity. Our dog was also very kindly treated to water and ham 😊

Definitely highly recommended. Menu with always fresh ingredients is changed from time to time in order to be able to offer a certain variety. Very friendly and courteous staff. Any time!

Food was very tasty, the wine is great Unfortunately the service was a disaster (very young team - there was probably a change recently - improvement was promised) Despite the high prices and ambience, there were only cheap paper dishes that were carelessly placed in the middle of the table along with the cutlery. No small plates were served with the bread. For each course the appropriate wine was only brought when the food was already on the table and getting cold. The old glasses were then cleared away while we were already eating. Despite a request to wait for dessert, it was brought out a short time later without asking again, when one of my guests was still using the toilet. It's a shame because it actually tasted really good... Update: After my review here, the team kindly contacted me again. Apparently there was a short-term change of tenant recently. There is still a lot to be improved in terms of service. I would be very happy if the new young team settled in quickly. Then it will be another great restaurant with delicious food and good wine. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Fik et aftensmåltid. Fik gris med champignon i flødesauce med dejlig salat til. Min mand fik oste Virkelig lækkert kød, champignon og flødesauce - og mange dejlige hvidvine at smage. Osten var superflot anrettet, men nok lidt for ordinær til hvad vi havde håbet. Men stedet får alligevel min bedste anbefaling, fordi det var super lækkert og god pris.

We just got a kebab, 6.50 is a reasonable price and the staff is friendly BUT 1. If I wanted a kebab without onions but more red cabbage, I got one with meat and ONLY red cabbage, ok 1-2 leaves of lettuce were included. A kebab should be well filled for the price and not just half 2. I had hair in my kebab, disgusting. If it hadn't been so far away, I would have brought the kebab back to him. In my opinion, the health department should take a look. Can't understand the good (possibly purchased) reviews. Too bad I can't add a photo.

There were 4 of us there, the atmosphere was very cute, but the staff was unfriendly, we got the wrong food, the food wasn't good at all for the prices, we all had stomach aches afterwards, we felt sick and we didn't really eat the food. I'm sorry but it's not edible and the staff is just unfriendly. Cola wasn't original, portions were mega small and was served on run-of-the-mill plates that were broken. Salad was brown. Never again!

On March 28th, 2025 we had dinner in the brasserie with a couple who were friends of ours, a “date” that I was really looking forward to. The service was initially courteous, but later became annoying and not at all interested in the well-being of the guests, but only in sales. There were 2 hairs in the greeting from the kitchen, a spread. The immediate complaint resulted in a fresh bowl, but no apology. I ordered a bouillabaisse as a starter, but it wasn't served hot. It was different from what I had ever known before, but tasty. Then turbot, which was also tasty overall. In between, there was always a demand for water or wine, even though we all still had filled glasses. Since my husband and the couple we were friends with felt the same way, we all skipped dessert. However, I should mention positively that our friends were allowed to take their dog into the restaurant.
