Very nice staff, high quality food

Not an overloaded menu, very tasty! Pumpkin soup and the vegan pumpkin goulash are particularly recommended!! The other guests enjoyed excellent roast pork and classic schnitzel.

Service annoyed from the start and not very attentive. There was no bread with the salad and the children's pizza cost €2 more because we only wanted one topping (spinach) instead of two toppings (salami and ham). The taste of the food was okay, but that doesn't help anymore.

Always my pleasure Have never been disappointed in a steakhouse. Food rated according to price/performance is great, staff is great, even the lunch menu is A1 for the price. We've often eaten in Berlin and been charged after 2 hours because there were guests waiting outside, so it's really not uncommon.

Ingredients are fresh, Hallumi Dürum is very tasty and the employees are very friendly. Prices are - now as of 11/2024 - cheap. A Hallumi Dürum for only 5 EUR.

On November 15, 2024 at 1 p.m. we wanted to get something to eat at Tom's House for our lunch break. Unfortunately, the offer that was advertised (2 cevapici filled with cheese and fries) was already starting, according to the offer, it should cost €8. The woman suddenly demanded €9.80 and claimed that she didn't quote the prices. Then you shouldn't put up the sign with the offer at all. Or hire qualified and competent employees. The second order with Curry+French fries // 1Curry+1Boulette+French fries (offer €8) // 2x Curry+French fries (offer), unfortunately the offer was also rejected here and it took a whopping 10 minutes to place the order. It took a long time for the service person to even understand what we wanted from her. My recommendation, please pay attention to what kind of employees you hire. These are the face of the store.

It's very cozy! It wasn't our first time there, so far we've never really been disappointed. The food was always very tasty and the service was usually friendly (the older one is usually grumpy 😅) but we laugh about it. Getting angry only creates wrinkles 😉
