We had dinner here with 6 people. It was very hot that day and we asked the waitress for a table in the shade. Even after extensive discussion, the waitress didn't respond to this and, annoyed, pushed two tables and their chairs together in the blazing sun. If we hadn't had an appointment here with four other people we had invited, we would have left the restaurant. After we were full, the underground service continued. Drinks that were not ordered should be served, the last meal was served when the first one served had already been eaten, etc. Different dishes were eaten and the quality was not commensurate with the prices. A recommendation from me: If you want Italian food, go to another restaurant. We definitely won't be visiting this restaurant again!

Went to “Trattoria Olia” for dinner today and got a nice table in the great beer garden. The food was very tasty, fresh and appetizingly prepared. As an appetizer there was a small portion of olives with delicious bread. The service was very friendly and attentive. All in all, the evening was very pleasant and delicious.

I had dinner with my family at 12pm today. I actually really enjoy going to this restaurant, but I find the waiter increasingly rude. Unfortunately there was no tip and he was visibly upset about it. It's a shame, but it's a reason not to eat there anymore

Classic Italian, like any other. Food ok. Service is friendly but it varies from visit to visit. Sometimes everything goes smoothly, sometimes it takes forever before you can even order drinks.

We were there with our two children. The service was great and very friendly. The food was great. I had tagliatelle with salmon, my wife had spaghetti with shrimp. The children had spaghetti and pizza. Everything was very tasty and hot. The bruschetta as a starter was also great. A successful spontaneous visit. If we're in the area again, we'd love to come back.

Had dinner here today with 6 people, unfortunately the taste of the food wasn't good. We had turbot with chanterelles and triplets, unfortunately it was completely unseasoned and a bit thin for €26, the pulp was fried to death and as tough as the sole of a shoe. The bright spot was the service from a young woman who was very nice and considerate. Conclusion: I've been here twice and that's it. If I want something good to eat, unfortunately I'm not well advised there.

We like the atmosphere in this restaurant, but unfortunately the waiters here are becoming increasingly annoyed with the customers. There are better restaurants with significantly better service in the area.

We were a group of six people having dinner at the restaurant for four consecutive days, from Monday, July 15th to Thursday, July 18th. Each day, due to the beginning of summer break in Berlin-Brandenburg, the place was full of customers. Nonetheless, the waiters were very respectful, and the food was delightful. We didn't have to wait too long for our food and were very impressed with how precise the waiters were with timing and service. The performance of the chefs in the kitchen was also commendable. I heard some complaints from neighboring tables, where German customers were saying that their service was taking too long. They didn’t seem to understand the circumstances of the restaurant being filled with customers. This struck me as a typical negative German thought. As a tourist who visited Berlin, I would recommend this restaurant, especially dining outside on the terrace. I will definitely visit this restaurant again in the near future. Were there last Thursday to celebrate a birthday. It was full and the waiters were clearly overwhelmed. It took almost an hour before we even had anything to drink. I had the feeling that certain guests were given preferential treatment anyway. But the worst thing was actually the food. My wife ordered the beef fillet. The meat tasted sour and was just bad. Three people tried the fillet and all found it too sour. It was simply rotten meat. The waiter didn't believe us and behaved quite arrogantly towards us. There was no apology or anything. Very unprofessional behavior. After that I lost my appetite. I didn't really want to eat anything anymore. I had the pasta with chanterelles, but honestly, just pasta would have had more flavor than the dish. The whole thing was topped off by the fact that the waiter wanted to get his tip. But this was immediately stopped. No recommendation to go there. Unless you work for the health department

Hello, I made a reservation via the website, unfortunately no response. Locally overcrowded, too few staff. Wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday. Very slow service, late ordering. Eat after about 2 hours. I had spaghetti carbonara pasta stuck together, taste was "neutral". Very unfortunate. The waiter wanted to give himself a tip and had to intervene. That's not possible. No recommendation.

Unfortunately, we didn't have such good experiences with a larger group. A few tables were put together that didn't fit in height. But we had already reserved 14 days in advance. The service was very slow and I almost felt guilty about bringing the service employee to the table. The food was good and when there was a complaint that the food was only lukewarm, it was reheated. We were not given the feeling that we were very welcome after the meal. We would have liked to sit together for a while and have a drink, but the restaurant isn't prepared for that. It's a shame, because the food is really good and the location is very attractive.

Employees argued in the dining room. People were loudly making phone calls through the dining room. Very unmotivated service staff. Pizza (seafood) very poorly topped. Calzone was just cheese, ham and spinach. Pasta dishes were delicious. Unfortunately, bad mood couldn't be ignored.

I had a horrific experience at Trattoria Olio. From the moment I walked in I sensed something was wrong. The location was dirty and the staff seemed indifferent to the needs and wants of the customers. My meal was a disaster. The main course, with a hideous gray piece of meat, was obviously spoiled and unfit for consumption. I couldn't believe it when I saw the state in which the restaurant served its guests. The taste and smell confirmed my worst fears - the meat was spoiled and inedible. The behavior of the staff only made the situation worse. Not only were they unprofessional, but they were also extremely rude, which highlighted their indifference to the customers' suffering. I felt ignored and disrespected, as if the staff didn't care about my complaints. To make matters worse, the staff did not respond to the situation after I informed them and they showed not the slightest interest in getting things back on track. It was obvious that they did not value their customers' satisfaction. I cannot emphasize enough how unacceptable this experience was and how I strongly advise against ever visiting Trattoria Olio. The combination of disgusting food, unsanitary conditions and unfriendly staff makes this a place to avoid at all costs. I am deeply shocked and disappointed at the despicable level of service and quality offered at this establishment. There is an urgent need for the Health Department to inspect this facility to ensure it meets the necessary standards and ensures the safety of its customers. In conclusion, I would like to express my most sincere and commendable apology for choosing to dine at Trattoria Olio. The restaurant should be held accountable for its negligent and careless practices, which could have serious consequences for the health and safety of its customers. We spontaneously visited the restaurant with 7 people and everyone really enjoyed it. The children's portions were the right size, extra requests were no problem, they were fulfilled. The food was really tasty and people still cook with love here. We like to come like that.

We have now been to Trattoria Oilo more than 6 times and are absolutely satisfied and thrilled every time. This applies equally to the food and the attentive service. The daily recommendations are always absolute highlights and you also have to try the rest of the menu. No matter whether you dine outside or inside, the ambience is very well decorated, well maintained and makes a great impression. The prices are more than okay. After 1 hour, the waitress told us that he had forgotten our order, then we had to wait another 45 minutes. The pasta dishes were okay, the lamb fillet was cold and completely fried. We have never experienced anything like that there. When we come to lunch everything works out And always on the terrace. The only waitress was overwhelmed. The bill also took a long time to arrive. Not any more for the time being and don't recommend it anymore.

We were invited to a birthday party. What pleased me as a guest was that there were plenty of parking spaces. The first impression upon entering is that everything is clean and inviting. We were greeted friendly. The service at the place was very good. The dishes ordered were served quickly and always appropriately. I ordered the fillet steak I ordered in English and received exactly that degree of doneness. The sanitary facilities are also mentioned. Everything very clean. Leckeres Essen, gehen gern hin. Ich finde die Oliven als Starter immer toll.

Immer wieder hervorragend und auch mit kleineren Kindern kein Problem.

Bin mal wieder zwiegespalten. Sieht von der Einrichtung ganz gut aus, Bedienung ist aufmerksam und schnell. Pizzen fanden wir jetzt nicht so grandios, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Aber was wirklich katastrophal ist, ist die Lautstärke. Da es im kompletten Restaurant nur glatte reflektierende Flächen gibt, ist die Lautstärke enorm, selbst wenn nur die Hälfte der Tische besetzt sind. Gemütliches Sitzen und Genießen ist faktisch nicht möglich. Für meine normalhörende Familie schon sehr schwierig, für mich als HA-Träger unerträglich.

Im Sommer lässt es sich herrlich draußen sitzen, was das Ambiente dieses Italieners besonders angenehm macht. Die Preise sind fair und das Essen ist gut, auch wenn es nicht das beste italienische Essen ist, das ich je probiert habe. Wenn ich mal in der Nähe bin, gehe ich hier gerne hin.

Als Truppe von 8 Leuten hatten wir Glück einen nicht reservierten Tisch zu bekommen. Es war für die Bedienung eine Herausforderung eine grosse Gesellschaft und spontane Gäste zu bedienen. Es ging alles zügig, der leckere kostenlose Appetizer und alle Essen waren schmackhaft und im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen. Allein der Kellner nahm keine Kenntnis von uns als wir zahlen wollten. Nach 10 Minuten mussten wir wie eine Schulklasse an der Kasse bezahlen.

Trattoria ist eine Italienische Gaststätte Sehr gemütlich, schönes Ambiente Gutes Essen und eine zuvorkommende Bedienung .Sehr freundlich und eine nette Atmosphäre Man sollte allerdings vorbestellen ,sonst könnte es sein das man keinen Platz bekommt. Alles in allem sehr Empfehlenswert. Man fühlt sich einfach Wohl. Ich bin jetzt schon das zweite mal dagewesen und fühle mich immer wieder Wohl.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Das Thunfischsteak mit Spinatkartoffeln war perfekt gegarrt und außerdem wirklich riesig. Schade dass die beiden Kellner so lustlos und überfordert wirkten, obwohl nur etwas mehr als die Hälfteder Tische belegt war.

Wir kommen immer gern. Der Service ist manchmal etwas chaotisch. Essen aber top, bis auf das Focaccia Pomodori, das hat leider etwas nachgelassen (wenig Belag).

War zum Klassentreffen da, ca. 16 Leute. Hatte nichts zu essen, daher nicht bewertet. Einzig negativ fiel auf, dass man nicht mehr nach Wünschen gefragt wurde, je später es wurde....

Wir waren am 5.8.23 nach bereits mehreren Malen wieder in der Trattoria Olio essen. Bisher waren alle Gerichte, ob Fleisch, Fisch, Pasta oder Pizza sowie Vorspeisen und Dessert, prima. Alle verwendeten Produkte waren frisch und von guter Qualität. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und zeigt, günstig heißt nicht, wir sparen an der Qualität. Die Pizza Salmone am 5.8. war einfach super und der bestellte Chianti wurde sofort ausgetauscht, da er nicht so trocken war wie der, den wir bisher hier kannten. Wir kommen aus Falkensee und sind wegen der guten Erreichbarkeit der Trattoria in knapp 10 Minuten vor Ort. Wir kommen wieder! Christian Melzer und Marion

Es war einfach nur perfekt! Selten so eine Vollendung an Perfektion erlebt! Das Essen war ein richtiger Gaumenschmaus! Alle waren sehr freundlich zu uns und sehr zuvorkommend. Unsere zwei Kinder waren ausdrücklich willkommen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ambiente war toll und auch die Toiletten waren sauber. Besser geht es nicht!

Service und Ambiente ganz nett und genug Plätze, um auch im Außenbereich gut sitzen zu können. Pizza war gut. Die Vorspeisen passend und lecker. Die Nudeln haben mich persönlich nicht so überzeugt. Gleichzeitig fand ich dabei Preis-Leistung nicht passend. Parkplätze direkt daneben vorhanden.

Muss leider sagen, dass ich diesmal vom Essen nicht überzeugt war. Hatte hier in der Vergangenheit deutlich besser gegessen.

Service u. Kellner unmöglich, wenn man nicht genug Trinkgeld gibt wird der richtig unhöflich. Während wir noch gegessen haben ,wird die Terrasse aufgeräumt Tische und Stühle werden hin und her geräumt. Der Kellner setzt sich zwischen die Gäste und verzehrt sein Abendessen. Die Pizza war nicht schlecht aber innen nicht richtig gebacken. Die Taglliatelle mit Pfifferlingen waren eine Katastrophe, matschige Nudeln mit matschigen Pilzen. Dafür geht man in kein Restaurant. Wir werden das Lokal nicht nochmal besuchen.

Toller, günstiger Mittagstisch, ab 12 Uht, ab 6,99€. Ausreichend Parkplätze, Kartenzahlung möglich. Nettes Personal.

Der Kellner hat eine Art an sich, die einfach nur unhöflich rüberkommt. Die Lasagne al Forno war mehr Gehacktes als alles andere und die Nudeln der Lasagne waren geschmacklos und fad.... Meine Begleitung hatte Tortellini, die waren wohl ok. Am besten waren die vielen Parkplätze und die sauberen Toiletten....vllt war die Wahl der Speise einfach falsch...andere Teller sahen bei Weitem besser aus....
