Food was delicious, service good, ambience not so great

Very quaint and cozy, and the food was excellent! The char was top-notch, and the asparagus was divine! The food for six people arrived almost simultaneously, and the youngest got his portion first. Perfect!

Here, you don't get to choose what you get for dinner; the staff decide what you get. I've been here twice, and it was a challenge to get a party platter. The first time, we had to spend an hour arguing about why we didn't get it. The second time, they didn't want to give us what we wanted at all. I don't understand why the party platter is on the menu, but they don't offer it. The food is very tasty, but the service is terrible. I don't recommend it!!!!!

Very unfriendly pizza maker. It was open all night because of King Schlayer's benefit concert. The pizza maker was extremely unfriendly and briefly increased the price of a special pizza to €24.

The most original place of Mittenwald where the woman is running the kitchen and the man taking care of the guests. Small menu of traditional dishes made with local produce! Sit around the locals and eat your heart out. My main reason to go back: her home made flat bread!

the waitress forgot to give our order to the kitchen and all the other tables who ordered after us were finished with their food until we got ours. When confronted she did not accept her failure. On top my salmon was way overcooked…

I spent five days in Pocking and ate there every day. Excellent food, great service, and huge portions. Highly recommended.
