We called an employee at 5:46 p.m. to order delivery. The stated delivery time was approximately 6:46 p.m. Since the food still wasn't there at 7:20 p.m., we decided to call to inquire. After several attempts (6 times), we finally reached a Cocoon employee at 7:41 p.m. He couldn't tell us when the food would arrive. We then informed him that we were no longer accepting the order or paying for it, and he told us that he would forward it to someone else. The delivery arrived at 8:09 p.m., and the driver demanded the order amount of over €40. We refused, as we had to wait approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes! The driver is not at fault; he was very friendly, but he wasn't informed, which we had been told beforehand. At 8:11 p.m., we received a call from the restaurant, accusing us of not accepting and paying for the food. After all, it was the weekend and they had to make a living, and now they had to throw it away. We told the lady that we would have gladly accepted it in exchange for compensation, but she didn't want to hear it and kept arguing that it was a disgrace of us not to accept the food. We've eaten at Cocoon many times, and the food is always delicious. However, she needs to work hard on the delivery service and the acceptance of orders!
