We ordered pizza here, which turned out to be a weird disc. It looked and tasted horrible, comparing it to a frozen pizza would be an insult to frozen pizzas. Most of all their delivery guy was super rude, yelling at me out loud for no reason. He even continued in front of our door after I had gone inside!

The food is really delicious and served spectacularly. Unfortunately, what the store doesn't have at all under control is the service staff. On our last visit 2 weeks ago, we weren't served at all and had to threaten to leave again before one of the waiters served us on a temporary basis because the waiter in whose area we were obviously didn't want to. Yesterday we had to tell the waitress every time that the drinks had been on the bar for 10 minutes and that we might like to have them sometime before they had completely evaporated. Plus, waiting for a good hour for food is too long for a store where the price is €85 for two. The PhoBo soup is really great and the "myGeisha Selections" are also very tasty, but "New creations every day based on the chef's recommendations, imaginatively prepared for you." They're not, because I've had them three times now and they're not new every day, they were absolutely the same three times. Addendum: As it happened, My Geisha was closed again shortly after my visit. Apparently due to technical problems.

El Gaststätte encarna la calidez y hospitalidad que se espera encontrar en un establecimiento bávaro por excelencia. Su cómodo entorno dentro del bullicioso Viktualien Markt, su encanto relajado y su servicio amable pero profesional le dan al lugar un aire de descubrimiento, como si se hubiera topado con un secreto bien guardado, querido por aquellos que mejor lo conocen. Desde el momento en que cruzamos sus puertas, nuestro camarero logró un equilibrio perfecto entre la atención amable y el encanto relajado, nunca intrusivo, pero siempre presente cuando sea necesario. Su genuino cuidado en garantizar que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos le dio al lugar un toque personal que generalmente carece de locales corporativos más grandes. Tenía una elegancia discreta, creando sin esfuerzo una sensación de familiaridad, como si hubiéramos sido habituales durante años. Todo el ambiente crea una experiencia completa en lugar de simplemente una parada en boxes. Es el tipo de lugar que invita a quedarse, saboreando tanto su bebida como los momentos sin prisas que pasan. Recomiendo encarecidamente, y volveré a visitar cuando esté en Munich.

Impudence! Almost TWO hours of waiting time. I ordered Pizza Funghi with extra mushrooms and there were maybe 10 mushrooms on the whole pizza. BUT OF COURSE I PAID €2.50 EXTRA BECAUSE I FINALLY ORDERED EXTRA MUSHROOMS! When the pizza arrived it was cold, so the few mushrooms were limp and slippery. The wrong pizza came for my friend... cold of course... just ridiculous. Never again!

Wer Fondues mag, ist hier genau richtig, große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Fondues, super Service, gemütliches Ambiente.

Bette Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches Personal und eine angemessene Auswahl am Buffet. Für Essen + Trinken für unter 20€ super. Praktisch: man kann kostenlos direkt davor parken.

Das Ambiente ist ganz nett, eine spezielle etwas dickere & ältere Mitarbeiterin allerdings rein garnicht. Im Gegenteil, sie hat stark mit Komplexen zu kämpfen, das hat man ihr angesehen. Sie hat mich 2 mal angerempelt, bei dem ersten mal dachte ich noch ach kann mal passieren, beim zweiten mal war mir klar, das hier ist kein Zufall. Als ich am Ende zahlen wollte hat sie sich zu mir gedreht gehabt, ich wollte mein Geld rausholen und total respektlos drehte sie sich offensichtlich ganz beabsichtigt von mir direkt weg und widmete sich einem anderen Gast. Frech, ich komme nie wieder und bin maßlos enttäuscht. Wegen dieser Frau 1 Stern von mir, das ging zu weit.

Böfflamotte war o.k., das Backhendl hätte ich mir in Butterschmalz rausgebraten gewünscht, war aber nicht so, trotz der langen Wartezeit. Dafür war es nur 1/4 Hähnchen (eher nur das Brustfleisch), allerdings zu dem Preis eines ganzen Hähnchens. Zu dem Hähnchen gab es Kartoffelsalat, den ich gar nicht mag. Eine Alternative mit Bratkartoffeln war nicht möglich (warum auch immer). Der Kellner hat wohl die Qualität der Küche sowie sein Können erheblich überschätzt und kam ziemlich arrogant rüber.
