Very good food and great service.

Employees had headphones in and service was very slow. She preferred to make a phone call at a table rather than let us pay. Food was also mixed. The end was ok, but the noodles were very greasy and old, few vegetables.

I've eaten there a few times now and that's enough, never again. Doner kebab is prepared super quickly in what feels like 10 seconds, tastes like nothing and is too small. Hunger pushes it down but that's it. Customer appreciation and love for kebab is zero. Be careful with chicken, they often hang on the flame for too long that you only notice when you get home that they are completely dried out. I went back once and asked for a new one, I got a juicy one without any problems. Conclusion for me: I no longer eat kebab anywhere in Mainburg.

I'm absolutely disappointed. Have ordered several times, it was always good, the staff was always very friendly and the pizza was delicious, although not always on time. But today there just wasn't anything. I ordered around 5:45 p.m. and it said it would take about 45 minutes. At 7 p.m. I called and asked when our food would arrive, then they simply hung up on me. I then called again and was then pushed away. Unfortunately there was no pizza today 👎🏼 NOT WORKING AT ALL

Complaint about service and waiting time – Mainburg branch Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my visit to your McDonald's branch in Mainburg Straßäcker 2. I ordered an iced coffee and had to wait a full 13 minutes for it, which is an unreasonably long wait for a fast service restaurant. In addition, the staff was unfriendly and we were not treated in any way accommodating - neither with an apology, a discount or other suggested solutions. I expect friendly and efficient service from McDonald's and unfortunately this experience was far from it. I would like to request a statement on this incident and an explanation of how such situations should be avoided in the future.

An impudence. Ordered cordon bleu, and then something...just half raw chicken. The hunger went away straight away. Landed straight in the trash can. That doesn't work at all. We order often but nothing like this has ever happened.
