The food tasted pretty good. You must try the tandoori roti, the best I have eaten in Germany. Service was excellent due to warm and jolly nature of the servers.

This place is near my house. We used to socialize here, with lots of people and football matches. As an Indian, whenever I miss my home or village, I come to this place to socialize. This place feels like therapy to me.

Best pizza in the area! Thin, crisp base with lots of toppings. The mixed salad is also excellent, as it is lovingly and variedly prepared - you can't get it anywhere else. It's a shame that the restaurant will soon no longer exist. The club is definitely not doing itself any favors! Maybe the board should have let the guests vote...we enjoyed eating here often.

For years, or rather decades, “the” Greek in Gauting. Good food, pleasant atmosphere and great service with super nice staff. There's beer from Paulaner, prices are okay, portions are large - with the grill plates it's almost too much for one person. Always happy to come here.

Food is top, from pasta to pizza, absolutely delicious. Service is super friendly. They gave us a place twice even though we hadn't reserved. The atmosphere is also great, like home

We always come back to Forestella! The selection and quality of the starters are as we would like, as are the main courses and desserts. The real wood-fired oven simply tastes better than conventional pizza ovens and, for us, the extra charge over the average Italian pizza is justified by the quality!

I moved to Stockdorf 5 years ago and my first visit to the restaurant was with Singh. The landlord was very friendly and we started talking. I've been a regular since then. Get me often pizzas that are very good and inexpensive. The innkeeper's sister Maria is particularly friendly. I can I can only recommend the restaurant in terms of food and friendliness.

Unfortunately, the pavilion was more of a bistro, with people spending their lunch break or hanging out at the gaming machine at midday and sipping beer. And unfortunately the food tasted the same. Price-wise it was okay, but we wouldn't come back.

We took this place for the second time during our trip to Italian mountains. Nice simple rooms with moderate equipment (kettle, nice bar in lobby). Breakfast was always rich and tasty. Staying over one night without any problem.

Now permanently closed!!! Food was good and recommended, especially the dishes on the hot cast iron plate, carved duck, etc. Well-kept ambience inside, not so great outside in terms of cleanliness, as are the old toilets. Service: good when there is little going on and the boss serves himself, but as soon as it gets busy it becomes massively slow. I expect more for the prices. Unfortunately, drinks are Lidl's own brands - I took a closer look because soft drinks don't taste good.
