Five stars plus. Very good food, very nice service, clean and pleasant.

Not recommended. The service leaves a lot to be desired. We had to decide for a menu of schnitzel and fries whether it should be served as a children's menu or an adult menu. However, it was not pointed out that these menus are not the same. In the adult menu, the schnitzel and fries were drenched in a sweet sauce, which completely soaked the entire meal and made it inedible. Unfortunately, the service staff didn't see any error and didn't take this dish back. Some of us wanted fries instead of the accompanying potato slices with our dishes, as a result we were simply cheekily served all fries. Statement from the service staff: "We only have one deep fryer, that's how it's always done here." This is definitely not okay. Here, too, this was neither pointed out nor apologized for. We had to wait a total of 45 minutes for our food. The children also got their food late. For small children, food should always be brought first. In addition, a number of dishes were already sold out when the store opened in the evening. We, a total of 8 people, will never enter this restaurant again and certainly won't recommend it to others.

Picked up something to eat. Neither pizza nor tortellini tasted good. The first and last time for us!

Service very friendly; Drinks 1x wrong or 1x stale cola; food underground - really bad; handwritten invoice; Conclusion: Once and never again. I'd rather get a dry roll from the bakery or stay hungry.

The taste of the pizza reminded me of the 90s, when the same pizzas were available everywhere in Germany. Unfortunately it wasn't my case at all. I ordered takeaway, so no review about the service and dining room.

My friend invited me to dinner I was really very sick afterwards and had to vomit several times... there was blood in the meat and several pieces of cartilage, I think 7 chunks, bread was a bit black even though I said I wanted turkey, the old man gave me beef... never again!! I then went to the hospital and the health department should take a look.

The Nusser Alm has a great ambience and the presentation is well done. The highlight is the huge pizza oven. We were there with the family and we all quickly found something to eat. All special requests were taken into account. Absolute praise goes to the kitchen for the selection of gluten-free pasta and gluten-free pizza dough. It's great that people with celiac disease can also eat here with peace of mind.
