We meet here with the camper group over 50 for the regular meeting every two months. We have always been warmly welcomed here and want to continue this. We would like to thank you very much.

Fish cooked to perfection—a rare art! Highly recommended.

Fresh ingredients, clean flavors, and unobtrusive cuisine. The appetizers are crisp and well-balanced, the summer rolls are neatly rolled and not watery. The soups have depth, the broth is clear and rich, and the herbs are fresh. The main courses are spot on: meat is tender, vegetables remain firm, and nothing is drowned in sauce. Spice levels are understandable and can be adjusted upon request. Service is attentive and friendly, without seeming forced. Dishes are explained, and recommendations are spot-on. Cleanliness is positive, with tables and restrooms well-maintained. Wait times were reasonable, even on the hour. The price/performance ratio is impressive. A clear recommendation for me.

We celebrated a birthday at the Malzstadel. The tables were beautifully set. The food was, as always, delicious, and the service was very attentive. Thank you all so much! We'll be back!
