A very good and nice little Asian restaurant. The winter garden offers a pleasant atmosphere.
One point deducted for the service because the waitress really had trouble understanding us, which meant that a soup was missing at the beginning, we had to wait a relatively long time for the food to arrive (about 45 minutes), and we received our dishes somewhat delayed rather than at the same time.
Otherwise, everything was excellent and fine.
Recommended!
As always, excellent food in a pleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately, Clemens Funke is no longer continuing and will be closing the old Hofmark restaurant.
It's a real shame. I personally wish him and the team all the best.
We had tea, cappuccino and two pieces of cake, the menu was good - very friendly service, everything was very good and very clean, including the toilets.
The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained; you immediately feel at ease. Highly recommended! ✌🏻
The food was delicious and fresh. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and tidy, making you feel comfortable right away. I highly recommend it! 🥰
There were three of us, and we all really enjoyed the food. My pizza was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, what I didn't like at all was the service. We had to wait quite a while for our order, and when we wanted to order more drinks, it took half an hour before we could get someone's attention. We weren't approached about it, even though our glasses were empty the whole time. We were crammed right next to the coat rack, and every time someone wanted to grab their jacket, someone either had to get up and hand it to them, or they'd just get a sudden, forceful hit from behind. It's incredibly annoying to be asked by other guests in the middle of your meal if you could just hand them your coat. Personally, I think it's more of a restaurant for takeout, where you can then enjoy the food at home.
In my opinion, it could have a few more stars, if it weren't for the fact that I've been there twice (the food is still decent) and both times the bill was given to me on a piece of paper from their beer shop's notebook.
I called to reserve a table. The woman was very unfriendly and told me in an arrogant tone to call back later, but that it probably wouldn't work anyway!
What was that all about? That was the end of that for us. Never again!
For me and my friends it was a lovely experience. At the time we visited there were not a lot of people, the stuff was very friendly and opened about the ingredients and halal options (even showed us halal stickers on duck meat when we asked about it). The menu is rick on options, and the place is cozy as at home, and small - nice for those who prefer more tranquil atmosphere. The portions are very generous, and i (being very husgry at the beginning) was finishing my food not because i wasn't ful - i just wanted to continue enjoying it 🫠❤️
The food was always delicious and hot, and the service was friendly and attentive, even when the place was full. I'll go back next time I'm in the area.
The pizza was small and tasteless; the spicy salami was practically the only thing that tasted like anything.
The carbonara was atrocious. Tasteless spaghetti in cream sauce with disgusting, huge slices of ham that were 80% fat.
Once and never again.
Edit:
Thank you for your reply and the phone call a day later, in which you berated me for calling your food atrocious and saying I could have simply complained. Being yelled at on the phone only confirmed that the €27 I paid here wasn't wasted after all. Now I can at least factor your rudeness into my service rating.
Sincerely,
