Positive:
Very, very good food. You can tell it's homemade.
Friendly service and owners.
The location is truly a dream ♡ I'd happily go back again. The interior is also very cozy and clean, inviting you to stay longer.
Small but:
Pricey is too high, and the portions are too small. We were there with several people, and everyone went home hungry.
It's a shame, because the food is really very good.
The portions could definitely be bigger; no children's or senior citizen plates, or offering them separately with the portion size ;)
Ps: Changing the menu every now and then, viral after a few months, would be the icing on the cake ^^
If this gets adjusted, it'll get 5 stars too :)
Very good Asian cuisine. I've ordered noodles or rice with chicken or duck so far. Top-notch! Plenty of food and incredibly good. Since I only pick up food, I can't comment on the service. The place feels small and elegant, though.
Grünspitz could be a nice meeting place in the neighborhood, but it doesn't seem very inviting at the moment. When I was there on a Saturday evening (around 7 p.m.), there were a lot of people who were obviously drunk, and someone next to me had apparently lit a joint. I quickly decided to leave and not wait for the open-air concert. As I left the premises, an elderly man, also drunk, was pushing his shopping cart full of bottles, loudly clinking, towards a bench with his friends. Personally, I felt uncomfortable and wouldn't currently recommend the place for families or a relaxed visit with friends. On the plus side: good tram connections and a few places to sit. I hope the square will be better looked after in the future – it certainly has potential.
The pizza is generously topped and baked to a crispy finish. The dough is neither too thin nor too thick – there are so many different tastes when it comes to dough, but I think this will suit many pizza lovers.
The other dishes on the table also looked and tasted very good. The espresso was also very good.
The service is friendly and efficient without being rushed.
The ambiance is understated.
We've been coming here for our family reunions for several years now, and we're very well looked after here.
I ordered boiled fish, and when they scooped it all out, I didn't see any whole pieces of fish, just tiny pieces the size of my fingertip, less than half a bowl in total. They said they were open until 8:30, but when we were eating at 8:00, the chef in the kitchen shouted, "It's 8 o'clock! We have to close for lunch!" I've never seen a business operate like this.
Very friendly and reasonably priced restaurant. I had a very large wild boar burger with fries and salad. Very good. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault.
One of the best soup I've ever tried! And other things are also so tasty, especially Crunchy Chicken Rolls! The guy that works is very pleasant and nice, such a warm atmosphere 👌🏼 😊
What a lovely restaurant, with a well-organized menu. And a lovely arrangement for the daily special. The service is extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. The dishes coming out of the kitchen look beautiful, and the taste is exquisite. A small salad is a sight to behold. And it always tastes fresh. In short, we've eaten there several times, and each time we were spoiled with delicious food. We will definitely return when we're in the area.
Very, very nice staff. Even though I wasn't a guest, I was a worker on the construction site next door, and I was always allowed to use the restroom. It was always very clean.
