Well, it was nothing this time, nothing at all... must have had a bad day. The yufka dough wasn't baked enough and tasted very doughy, even the meat was bland and unfortunately the employee who made the yufkas had no idea what he was doing... so we won't be coming back to that standard has diminished greatly.
