Absolutely abysmal. The children received their food 20 minutes before the adults. When our food finally arrived, the meat in two dishes was still raw, and the fries were too. Only after complaining three times did someone come to our table. Before that, we were simply ignored. Even after that, we were just left sitting there without any reaction. When we then went to pay at the counter, we were told to wait. After about 10 minutes, the manager came and took our money. He didn't react at all. Naturally, we didn't pay for the two inedible dishes. We will certainly never be going back to this restaurant.

The service is abysmal! The waiter barely speaks German! We've been here twice in just a few weeks, and both times we received the wrong food we ordered! Each time we didn't get a receipt and the bill wasn't correct! But the food is great!

We were there with a large group of 11 people. Despite making a reservation by phone, there were problems, and no one could remember the reservation. Tables had to be pushed together. We then had to wait 20 minutes before we could order. The drinks arrived another 30 minutes later, and only then did the food arrive. The food arrived relatively quickly, although the appetizers were brought at the same time or even after the main course. The food itself was good. The waiter was obviously overwhelmed by the language and could barely speak German.

We waited over an hour for our food. The staff didn't know their own menu and spoke barely any German. We ended up receiving an incorrect bill without a receipt – when we asked for it, the receipt printer suddenly ran out of paper.

I got the large platter for two people twice, and there was very little in it (I'm used to it differently). Instead of fries, I chose potato slices, and that's why I didn't get any rice (4 times). That doesn't make sense to me. I would have paid more instead of skipping the rice that's included in the menu... A platter like that used to be a different world for €50, but now it's no longer worth it; there's hardly anything in it!!! What a shame

Unfortunately, another Greek restaurant with a DIN standard :( Souvlaki, bifteki, etc., are the same shape, the same size, and seasoned the same, just like at almost every other Greek restaurant. They all seem to order their meat from the same wholesaler. The gyro tastes good, but everything else is unfortunately mediocre. The souvlaki were tough, the saganaki simply wasn't tasty, and unfortunately, the tzatziki was dry and rather bland. It's a shame the change of ownership didn't improve things.

We come from a little further away and always eat here when we are in Trossingen. It is one of our favorite restaurants. Great food that was very good to the point, rice, salad, fries were wonderful, the tzatziki was super tasty 😋 Meat was very tender and tasty, service was great and also super friendly. We would love to come back and are highly recommended. Keep it up!

We ended up here by chance for lunch after a visit to the ophthalmologist. The portions aren't huge, but they're worth the price. As is often the case in Mediterranean cuisine, salad (dressing) isn't great 🤷, especially since you have to mix the salad yourself and that's rather suboptimal with a knife and fork. I liked the tzatziki, it's not so watery (soupy). 👍

Meat was super tender and grilled to perfection. The fries were still very soft inside. The tzatziki was not good. Was kind of dry. I'm glad I didn't order an extra portion of it like I usually do. Unfortunately the service messed things up a bit but was friendly. The atmosphere is friendly and clean. All in all not bad but room for improvement.

Kitchen doesn't seem to be able to cope with the crowd very well either. Maybe a reason not to fully book the store until 12 p.m. and to ask the guests to vote quickly because there are too few tickets and more people are coming.
