Koch grüßte nicht bei der ersten Begegnung an der BAr. Leider kein Eis für den Aperol Spritz in einem Hotelrestaurant? Kellner kannte sich mit der Karte nicht aus und mußte immer erst nachfragen.

Even in the Rhine-Neckar district you can get good Kaiserschmarrn if it is freshly prepared. But what I got here as Kaiserschmarrn is actually not allowed to be sold as Kaiserschmarrn. A firm consistency and cut into bars. With a 0.69 euro package of Kaiserschmarrn ready-made powder from Aldi, I get a better consistency and taste. If only I had taken a photo of this product, which was sold as Kaiserschmarrn.
