Edit: We were in the Traube again and there were 2 really great vegetarian dishes. A big compliment to you. We're always happy to come back! Yesterday we were in the Traube for the first time. We met with dear friends and chose the grape based on the good reviews - we weren't disappointed! We were warmly welcomed and they immediately knew who we were. I always think that's great. Drinks came quickly and the service was really great. The small side salad was super tasty. I had the asparagus with flädle and potatoes. This was the best thing I've eaten in a long time. Really great! The meat dishes were also very, very good. Portions are really big and you will be more than full. Dessert was delicious. Prices are rather high, but considering the quality it is completely ok and appropriate. We've been eating out a lot lately, but this was the best restaurant visit we've had in a long time. I actually only have 1 point where I would normally deduct a star from the rating... apart from the asparagus, there was no vegetarian dish on the menu. Personally, I think that at least two vegetarian dishes should be on a menu. If I didn't eat asparagus now, we wouldn't have visited the restaurant. So please, because I would really like to come back, put vegetarian dishes on the menu. I still don't deduct a star because everything was perfect and I like eating asparagus. We look forward to the next visit.

For over 20 years, the favorite restaurant operators I know have been providing you with all-round delicious dishes. Great service. Daily specials are also highly recommended. Very tasty espresso.

I went to Rößle with my father for the first time. And we were really excited, very satisfied. The waiter was very friendly and quick in service. The food also tasted wonderful. Especially the homemade pumpkin cream soup. And the homemade Maultaschen with gravy, Swabian potato salad. I can really recommend it to everyone!! 😎😉✌️👍👍

Unfortunately we were very disappointed last night, there were about 10 people who wanted to eat and drink well. Even if you have company, you still have to take care of the other guests. Really bad service. Eating was ok but the salad was swimming in the sauce and the turkey meat was like rubber. The boss was very, very unfriendly, impossible, I haven't experienced anything like that in a long time, we were all very disappointed and everyone would have had another coffee or dessert. Too bad....

If you call them because there are problems with the delivery, an aggressive teenager answers the phone (probably the only one who can speak German).
