Felt discriminated, service was terrible, food was ok. I went there alone first, sat down and ordered a simple pizza. It took 1h for the restaurant to serve the pizza, and I am absolutely not exaggerating. I gave the place a second change and went there with a friend. We asked for a table for two, sat down, ordered some drinks and a lasagna for each, some time into the dinner we also ordered a pizza to share. At some point, Carlo comes to us and says we will have to leave soon as they have a reservation, which left us very surprised, but we didn’t care much. 15min later he comes again and says we have to leave as the people from the reservation are waiting. This was the most disrespectful and careless way I have ever been treated in a restaurant or public place for that matter, we asked if he was asking the same to everyone in the restaurant, to which he did not reply. I felt discriminated, as in both occasions I (and my friend in the second case) was the only non-German client in store (I am Portuguese). I absolutely recommend the place if you like bad service, money as your top priority, discrimination, and lack of care for the well being of your clients. Won’t return ever again.

You wait quite a long time until you are served. Unfortunately, the food took a long time to arrive and unfortunately the three of us were not brought together. The starter, which was in two parts, was brought apart for a very long time. But the food was very tasty and the service was also very nice. You sit at the tennis court but you know that when you eat there. But a nice atmosphere with fairy lights and a garden feeling

Delicious food and very friendly service! Addition from 08/14/21: definitely had to stop and take sweet Marenne with me - soooo delicious! Since I couldn't decide, I just had one of each variety!

Wow, what a good pizza!!! And super friendly people, the other dishes were also great. Schnitzel with fries was delicious, pizza with great dough like in Italy. Absolutely 5 stars and no less!!!

Since GUSTO was founded, I have regularly ordered food there at least three times a month and have been very enthusiastic so far, as have my large circle of friends. For about 3 months it has been noticeable that GUSTO is very negative in terms of service, quality and delivery. Despite living only 4 KM away from GUSTO, today's delivery took exactly 56 minutes. The delivery driver seemed nervous and rude, which I wasn't used to from GUSTO. The 2 pizzas we ordered were cold, really cold, and instead of the balsamic vinegar we ordered, normal vinegar was delivered. There was supposed to be seafood on one of the pizzas, but there wasn't even a hint of it or it got lost during the delivery journey, who knows. It's bordering on cheeky what GUSTO has been offering or delivering for months, and on top of that, GUSTO has significantly increased its prices overall. The bottom line is that neither I nor my friends will ever order anything from GUSTO again, because other competitors are certainly happy about new customers. From my own experience and conviction I can only warn against ordering something to eat from GUSTO!
