Ristorante Pizzeria Da Carlo in Beilstein

Felt discriminated, service was terrible, food was ok. I went there alone first, sat down and ordered a simple pizza. It took 1h for the restaurant to serve the pizza, and I am absolutely not exaggerating. I gave the place a second change and went there with a friend. We asked for a table for two, sat down, ordered some drinks and a lasagna for each, some time into the dinner we also ordered a pizza to share. At some point, Carlo comes to us and says we will have to leave soon as they have a reservation, which left us very surprised, but we didn’t care much. 15min later he comes again and says we have to leave as the people from the reservation are waiting. This was the most disrespectful and careless way I have ever been treated in a restaurant or public place for that matter, we asked if he was asking the same to everyone in the restaurant, to which he did not reply. I felt discriminated, as in both occasions I (and my friend in the second case) was the only non-German client in store (I am Portuguese). I absolutely recommend the place if you like bad service, money as your top priority, discrimination, and lack of care for the well being of your clients. Won’t return ever again.

Incredibly delicious food, the service and friendliness are an 11/10 and the terrace is also simply perfect for great evenings when the weather is nice. We've been coming for a long time and are always surprised with Carlo's delicious creations. And the flowers are always very beautiful too 🌹. All in all just perfect 😊!

Regarding the previous assessment of the 3 ladies, just the following: If you go so far that Carlo expels one of you from the restaurant, you must have behaved completely wrong. But he, our Carlo, always makes sure that his “normal” guests feel comfortable, are satisfied and have a great evening. We have been absolutely satisfied regular guests for 5 years. We eat at Carlo's several times a week and I can only say: we are extremely satisfied in all respects. Carlo and Eli.. we love you ♥️😘, for all the great evenings and celebrations we were able to experience with you, for the great cuisine, the warm service... you are simply great restaurateurs with heart and soul. Please stay with us for a long time!

BAD !!! The three of us were at Da Carlo in Beilstein. Location is ok, flowers on the tables are more than wilted - noticeable… We ordered three pasta dishes. Unfortunately, we independently noticed that the food was bland and tasteless - like water. It looked good but tasted zero. It's not particularly bad so far and it can happen. But: after we properly explained to the boss what our concern was, the reaction was completely horrified. The Lord said that couldn't be the case. I told him that he should please try our food and see for himself, but he didn't do that... Then the unbelievable thing happened: he literally said "go to the doctor" - not only cheeky but also not capable of criticism and then followed by "we should go now...). We did this too! I don't know where the other good reviews come from, whether it was just the chef having a bad day, but the fact is: being insulted and being thrown out is the lowest level. NEVER AGAIN !!

Da Carlo is our absolute favorite Italian restaurant. The food is always delicious no matter what you choose. From the starters, to pasta, pizza, meat or fish dishes...everything is a dream. And we can't avoid the tiramisu at the end. Elli and her team are super attentive and courteous in service. A thoroughly recommended restaurant.

The staff is very attentive and has complete control of all tables and reservations. The food is “like mom’s,” the Italian would say. If you sit the right way, you can watch the chef at work - through a glass pane, of course. Larger parties can also be accommodated in the not oversized dining room. The food is freshly prepared and served in a short time. Of course, the cook needs time, but you can shorten it by a quarter. And the contents of the “quarters” are very tasty. Very good Italian wines - recommended.

This Italian restaurant could also be in Italy. We had reserved. Were greeted personally. Aperitif, starter and main course perfect - compliments to the kitchen. Very good espresso. Attentive staff but not intrusive. Finally, a grappa on the house. The view through a glass pane into the kitchen is also interesting. What more do you want. Were here again for dinner. Was perfect again. You can now also sit under cover outside...

Good food, service could be a bit more attentive when it's full.

Picking up was an absolute disaster, we have been ordering frequently for a long time, but today was the last time!!! Despite a call and a pick-up appointment, there was a waiting time of up to three quarters of an hour on site. And very often. You're constantly standing around because there's no space. No chance, you can do other things during this time

I was able to go there for dinner today with my girlfriend. We chose a salad with sheep's cheese and chicken. Fresh pizza bread was served with it. Everything was simply delicious. Wonderfully fresh, tender meat, crispy, briefly fried, great pizza bread and very “well-rounded” in the combination of vegetables, some fruit and in the taste. Great praise

So ein super Italiener. Nach dem Flop beim letzen Italiener heute überzeugt worden, dass es auch anders geht ! Das Essen war erste Klasse, ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, super Weinempfehlung und erstklassiges essen. Ich komm auf jeden Fall wieder.

Bin extra aus Tübingen eine Stunden gefahren um bei Da Carlo zu essen, weil für mich ist es das beste Italienisch Restaurant indem ich je gegessen habe. Der Servic Top sehr zuvorkommend freundlich Perfekt.Das Essen ein Erlebnis, große Portionen mit viel Qualität einfach lecker.Die Preise für diese Qualität an Essen unschlagbar. Rundum alles Perfekt. Von Tübingen leider ein bisschen zu weit zu fahren , aber jede Kilometer lohnt sich. Weiter so Team Da Carlo💪🏼👍🏼

Das Essen ist hervorragend, schönes Lokal mit nettem Ambiente. Leider ist der Chef manchmal etwas launisch und unfreundlich gegenüber den Gästen. Das hat mir leider überhaupt nicht gefallen.

Super leckeres Essen. Der Service ist super freundlich und die Atmosphäre stimmt. Der Chef kommt persönlich an den Tisch und erkundigt sich ob alles in Ordnung ist. Top Essen in bester Qualität. Ein Besuch im Da Carlo lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Weiter so 👍 Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da.

Für mich eines der besten Restaurants im Bottwartal. Tolles Ambiente wo man sich so richtige wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Sehr chamanter aufmerksamer Service, welcher auch in der rush hour auf alle Wünsche eingeht. Und nun zur fabelhaften Küche, eure Gerichte sind einfach ein Genuss! Selten quer durch die Karte so gut gegessen. Preis - Leistung absolut top👍

Bester Italiener in ganz Deutschland

Aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen haben wir Da Carlo getestet, sicherlich auch weil unser Stammitaliener in Ilsfeld am Freibad 😉 wegen Urlaub geschlossen war. Und ich muss leider sagen, dass es bei diesem einem Mail bleiben wird. Pizza meiner Meinung zu weich mit zuviel Belag und Käse, Pasta Frutti di Mare recht sauer und zuviel Frutti....Service allerdings sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Restaurant aber sehr eng bestuhlt. Ist halt Geschmackssache...

Top Essen in bester Qualität! Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Restaurant überzeugt vor Allem mit ihren selbst gemachten Nudeln und Pizzateig. Alles in Allem ein sehr preiswertes Lokal. Eindeutig weiter zu empfehlen.

Guter Italiener. Solide Qualität beim Essen. Service passt. Preise sind in Ordnung. Die Essensportionen sind groß. Man macht keinen Fehler wenn man hingeht. Wenn nicht hat man aber auch nichts verpasst.

Lokal ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und für jeden Spaß zu haben. Ein Besuch im Restaurant Da Carlo lohnt sich wirklich. Wer echte Gastronomie erleben will, ist hier genau richtig.
