Die besten Restaurants mit Afrikanisches restaurant Essen in Rheinland-Pfalz

My husband and I had a very nice dinner there. The service was very nice and friendly, the food was great, we had 2 vegan sambusas, vegetarian platter and another vegetarian dish, portions were quite big and tasty 😋

The Madiba Afrika in Mainz is one of our favorite restaurants. Whether you eat there in a cozy atmosphere or bring the food home well packaged and eat it there, it is always worth a visit. The food is really of the highest quality. And the price-performance ratio is also A1. I'm definitely a good eater, but the Ethiopian platter for 5 people would easily have fed 6-7 people. Always my pleasure.

The only really nice thing we can say is that their fries are good. We are unanimous: we do not recommend this restaurant. After seeing tempting advertisements on Instagram, we decided to travel 40km to come and eat there. No fufu yet marked on the menu, but it's Sunday evening, so hey... 1 person in the kitchen and 1 person in the dining room. The problem is not the lack of skills but the lack of personnel. The waitress is very friendly, but she manages the orders, the drinks, and several times she has to manage the dishes piling up on the dish pass. And when there is only 1 person in the kitchen with 15 customers, you wait over an hour to receive your order. Sometimes we hear the microwave. Fried plantains are not fried, or several days ago, and reheated (lukewarm) but hard as concrete. The “lamb-beef” steaks are really average, and no lamb taste. A reddish sauce is served with the dishes, it is stuffed with Maggie Aroma, it is very unpleasant. We are very disappointed.
