Very nice restaurant, great food and very nice conditions, plus hip music. Highly recommended!

Wanted to eat there today: there was a sign on the street that the restaurant was open, the parking lot was shockingly empty, the restaurant door was locked, open according to the posted opening times 😬😏🫣

The food was very tasty and the rooms are very attractively decorated. The service was very nice and friendly. The only negative point: it was very cold in the restaurant.

Disappointing! We ate here 2 years ago when the restaurant was still called two seasons and it was great! This time (February 2025) unfortunately very disappointing. There were 5 main courses that evening! I called in the morning on the same day to reserve a table, someone on the phone could have told me. After we ordered what we didn't actually want to eat, we unfortunately had no other choice. (since we had a journey of over an hour we stayed there) And unfortunately we didn't like the food that much either. The staff wasn't very friendly. The location is of course very nice but that’s about it.

If half of the menu is not available at 6 p.m., mostly game dishes or Harzer Höhenvieh, then it's annoying because schnitzel and the like are not available. is available everywhere and was not the reason for wanting to eat there!

Very nice restaurant with a wonderful ambience. The food was delicious. I had the entrecote with baked potato and pepper sauce and was very satisfied. Excellent cooking point and wonderfully tender. My husband had the schnitzel with cranberries and Camembert on Schierker Feuerstein sauce, with Rösti, and it was also very tasty and still very crispy despite the sauce. We were thrilled and would love to come back.

We booked a table for 5 people online on Saturday afternoon. When we arrived the place was packed and we weren't offered a table or even a wait. More than unfriendly and rude.

Beautiful ambience! Beautifully set tables, very tasty, down-to-earth regional food. Price-performance fits. We were there on Sunday lunchtime and were served very friendly. The only negative is the slightly strange chef's elevator and the toilets (one clogged, no dry towels). You can improve that!

Delicious food in a very cozy atmosphere. However, the prices are significantly overpriced, both for food and drinks (bottle of mineral water 0.75l 8.90 EUR). I've never experienced a situation where you're not allowed to upload pictures of food. Points deducted for that!

Very, very good food, the service was very friendly, you immediately felt welcome, the staff was attentive and friendly despite being busy. We'll definitely come back.

We were very enthusiastic about the food at Landhaus Wolfstein. Great schnitzels, excellent gas. A really great atmosphere and very nice service, where the boss (cook) personally asks whether you like the food. The only drawback: when we were there, the dining room was quite cold. That was probably an exception. Otherwise it was a really great stay and we would love to come back. Now I unfortunately had to revise the initially very positive rating. We were there for the 3rd time today - lunch again and unfortunately it wasn't good. This was particularly sad because it was my mother's 75th birthday. First of all, it was very cool in the guest room again. We had that on our first visit - it was a little better on the second one. The quality of the food dropped quite a bit, which was a shame. Instead of duck breast there was duck leg (same price). Unfortunately it was pretty dry. To toast the special occasion we had 3 glasses of Cremant. The bottle had definitely been open for a while - the drink was stale. When asked cautiously, the waitress explained that the Cremant had less carbon dioxide. But we can tell the difference and we're not stupid - this drink was old. For dessert, an espresso from a half-full coffee cup without crema - scary. You also have to be able to use the good portafilter machine. The highlight was the lemon sorbet with blueberries. The latter were probably out, so two half grapes (!) and an ancient and mushy blackberry were decorated without comment. As a result, the celebrant also upset her stomach and developed diarrhea (we suspect the sorbet). It's a shame, the first two visits were nice, but the quality wasn't up to par today. What we also noticed: a chef (or an assistant chef) tapped various beers at the bar and later the whole kitchen crew drank something at the bar. That was quite idiosyncratic and seemed a bit like a swansong for the restaurant. If we had otherwise been happy we could have overlooked it - but it's still strange.

It was great here. Very nice service, good food, great ambience. We really liked it. We'd love to come back

disappointing brunch and disastrous service I would like to describe my visit to this restaurant for a brunch buffet as perhaps the worst dining experience I have ever had. Neither the food nor the service nor the ambience even came close to meeting expectations for such an event. The food: • Although it was supposed to be a brunch buffet, many of the dishes were unavailable and the quality of the food served was unacceptable. • Long wait: It took 45 minutes before we could even take anything • Starters: Out of five options given, only three were available • Main courses: Incomplete, cold, dry and partly oversalted – simply inedible. (you get better food in a canteen) • Desserts: Instead of a large selection, as promised in the offer, there were only two variants - both with either alcohol or undefined content. No information about the content • Lack of cutlery: No cutlery was available! Guests had to improvise, open tiramisu with a knife and eat soup with a dessert spoon - absolutely out of the question. The ambience: • The event took place in a cold hall that was neither comfortable nor inviting. • The seating was uncomfortable lawn chairs, completely inappropriate for such an event. • It was not a pleasant atmosphere, but rather effective Service and organization: • The staff was completely overwhelmed and unprofessional - from the waitress to the boss, everyone was disorganized and chaotic • Guests received little attention, problems were ignored, and no one seemed to take responsibility - an imposition on paying guests. Guests were hardly looked after and problems were ignored. There was a lack of professionalism, care and RESPECT towards the guests. I have rarely experienced such a disappointing brunch. This restaurant failed across the board: poor organization, inedible food and a loveless atmosphere.

The organization was not good. At first we didn't have a table because our name wasn't on the list, even though we had already paid at the reception. The price was initially calculated incorrectly. The people next to us also had the same problem and had to wait more than 30 minutes. When we finally had a place, we had to get a chair and a glass ourselves. The drinks we ordered at the beginning didn't come, even though we asked again at the counter and were assured that we would get them straight away. When I asked for cutlery to open it, I was served with a ladle of meat, causing all the juices to spill over my food. The music was also extremely loud and unpleasant. The entire event went wrong.

An absolute disgrace for Christmas. I advise everyone not to visit this horrible restaurant. We just went home disappointed, partly hungry and angry. No matter where you looked, there were grim, bad-tempered and, above all, disappointed guests. We and another family were already fighting hard because apparently there was no table available for us (weird, because they found us at the reception). The first thing that was done was to cash in quickly, you probably knew what a mess and pile of rubbish was going to be there. I'll quote the overwhelmed "children", probably interns, who were supposed to assign us the tables: “You are not on the list” .. “What was your last name?” “How many people are you?” We were asked this a total of 4 times... Think along? None. Interest in implementation: none Structure: well you know what’s coming… After waiting forever, they spontaneously pushed together a few tables for us and of course also forgot a chair - which we then had to get ourselves. The glasses were dirty but luckily we were able to help ourselves to the table next door. (Spoiler 1 they were dirty too) Next great joy, it was cold as hell. Left and right you could see people walking the 150m to the entrance to put on their WINTER JACKETS. Fantastic. Spoiler ahead - the cold air went well with the food. The whole buffet was supposed to start at 11:30... the first buffet meal was after 12:15. Cold, salty, just bad. The cold plates were empty after 20 minutes and were never refilled. There was no cutlery for the plates either. So without further ado, I organized SPOONS for dessert myself and put them on the plates so that you can at least put some food on your plate. Forks? None. Shortly after 12 we ordered drinks. (Quick spoiler 2 when we left we didn't have a single drink at the table.) When we asked about food for people who don't eat pork: "there is no room, it has been taken away again." The next cracker at I think Kassler?! I don't know because the food wasn't labeled either. “The gentleman said, unfortunately I don’t know anything here. I'm here privately because the staff is completely overwhelmed." There should be schnitzel, well... Correct: about 1.5 hours after the buffet started, we finally had schnitzel. I would like to report WHAT I ate. Unfortunately I find it difficult due to the lack of labeling. My (presumably) venison roulade was too salty and cold as hell. I have to say that I sat right next to the buffet and was among the first 10 “lucky ones”… Haha! We now asked again about the drinks: “they’ll be coming soon” (spoiler 3 – no). Then after 2 hours we asked where the dessert was?! Answer: “he’s coming soon” Spoiler 4 > No. Nothing came. After 2.5 hours we left angry and disappointed. Some were even hungry. I have rarely seen such bad service, such bad food and such an overwhelmed team. Thank you for nothing. Once and never again. Oh yeah, little joke at the end. (If it weren't so sad) While we were walking, our little Pomeranian wanted to drink something from the dog bowl. You can guess 3 times: Haha. It was empty! Absolute chaos NO DRINKS Overworked employees, cold, salty food, cold room. Half of the guests got their winter jackets. No table was prepared for us, so after ages they pushed tables together and of course forgot a chair that we had to get ourselves. Drinks were taken after 45 minutes and not brought until the end when we left. The cold plates were empty after a few minutes and were no longer filled. There was no cutlery to open. We then had to get cutlery to open it ourselves. Sad but unfortunately true. The food (chicken) for people who don't eat pork was taken away due to lack of space. Unbelievable but true. Schnitzel came 1.5 hours later. The entire meal wasn't labeled, and sometimes I didn't know what I ate. Even our dog was allowed to drink! The dog bowl is of course empty. A totally messed up Christmas

Christmas buffet: 1.not on the guest list even though booked weeks ago 2.Garden chairs to sit on 3. The room was ice cold, as were the plates and some of the food 4.dirty glasses 5.Christmas music with bass that was better than in the disco 6.Drinks didn't arrive until we were finished eating (despite asking), so we decided to leave the place before dessert so as not to freeze or die of thirst... 7. Too few staff and completely overwhelmed, so no dirty dishes were cleared away... 8. Unfortunately, the overall planning and implementation was completely wrong. What a shame!!!!

Christmas brunch at Wolfstein - a flop and total chaos. Even one star is too much of a good thing here. No matter where you looked there were disappointed and angry guests. A cold room so you had to put your winter jacket back on. Overwhelmed staff, none of whom wanted anything to do with the food and lake organization. The staff literally said things like: “I have nothing to do with any of this, I’m just helping out.” Waiter: "This is all too much for me, I'm going home straight away" Interns on the left and on the right who weren't even able to think beyond the wall to the wallpaper. Bad food: oversalted and cold (suited the ambience) It started at 11:30 a.m. - food wasn't served until almost an hour later. There were no cutlery items to open either. After 45 minutes someone finally came to take our drinks - we still haven't received them after 2'5 hours. The gentleman at the cashier said: I don't belong here, I'm here privately because everyone is overwhelmed The promised schnitzel only arrived on the buffet after 1.5 hours. The chicken was taken away again due to lack of space and you had to beg to get something. An establishment to forget once and never again. I advise everyone to avoid this trash place

There was a change of operator! Service and cuisine are only at canteen level. The service is untrained, listless and overwhelmed. No dish at our table left the kitchen without errors. There was an unwanted greeting from the kitchen stuck under almost every plate, turning the tablecloth into an unwanted work of art. The food was carelessly slapped onto the plate and the quality and preparation method was unworthy of the high prices.

We had dinner on the first Saturday in Advent. Our group of 6 people got a beautiful large wooden table in the hotel opposite. We were served a fantastic buffet with goose, chicken and salmon. The side dishes including dumplings and gratin were also very tasty. We were served all evening by the waiter Frank. His warm, humorous manner made our evening even more enjoyable. We will remember him fondly. Thank you for that!

Food great, service great and location great!

We were inspired by the website and the map to reserve a table here. The entire complex was in a great location, beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the anticipation grew. When we arrived at the restaurant there was a very nice greeting from the “boss,” as one waitress referred to him. The ambience raises high expectations, but they are unlikely to be fulfilled. The menu is appealing, regional. We ordered the schnitzel with cream sauce and mushrooms and a side salad. Beforehand there was a nice greeting from the kitchen, bread with herb butter, 3 small slices of bread for 2 people (?). But it was delicious. The side salad should be renamed "iceberg lettuce without dressing with balsamic vinegar". Half a tomato, pieces of cucumber that had to be searched for and a few lost carrot shavings were crushed by far too much iceberg. The music in the restaurant was extremely loud, the boss turned it down a little in the next room, it couldn't be any more, it would be the bass from next door. We found it extremely disturbing, as we are in a restaurant and not a bar or club. The food came, the schnitzel with cream sauce. The schnitzels were good in terms of meat, but were cooked in the deep fryer. The sauce tasted primarily of onions and leeks, unfortunately no flavor of its own. The side dishes (fried potatoes and once croquettes) arrived 5 minutes after the meal, each unkindly thrown into a deep plate. Portion size is almost too much, less would be more. The fried potatoes were fried, but that was all, it works just the same at home, if not better. The Fritz Kola 0.2 liter for €4.20 is really daring. A waitress tried very hard, I heard that she hadn't been there that long. The other was rather annoyed about having to work there today. The "boss" seems to hover above everyone, greets the guests, distributes the seats, feels like he's really on top and not authentic because everyone is greeted with exactly the same words. Every employee wears what he/she wants, a uniform appearance would be nice. Dear Landhaus Wolfsfein team, there is certainly potential for improvement here. Anyone who operates at this price level has to deliver, no ifs or buts.

Wir durften das tolle und sehr gemütliche Ambiente genießen und waren vom endlich mal wieder deutschen Essen sehr überzeugt. Vor allem die Verwendung der regionalen Produkte hat uns bewegt, hier essen zu gehen. Der Service und die Herzlichkeit der Betreiber hat uns zusätzlich motiviert, auf jeden Fall öfter vorbeizukommen.

We were really looking forward to the meal because of the promising menu... but unfortunately nothing went smoothly during our evening. The only good thing was the very nice atmosphere… the food was mediocre at best: croquettes from the package, the mushroom goulash without mushrooms, bacon beans without bacon. However, this was topped by the really subterranean service. The ladies were at least friendly, but very, very slow. Short version: Drinks (the wrong ones, by the way) came after 45 minutes, the food an hour later. Which may also have been due to the fact that the chef was more often at the front of the restaurant... Sorry, but we wouldn't recommend it...

Wir sahen an einem Tisch, wo sehr kalt war. Das Essen war okay, mit dem Service waren wir zufrieden. Sehr schönes Ambiente.

On the evening we ate there, almost everything went wrong when it came to service. It started with the guests handing the menus over the tables themselves because no one was taking care of it. We were able to order a drink after 30 minutes, with a lot of personal effort. When the food and drink came at some point, some things were wrong or missing (while eating and drinking). So I went back to the counter and let them know (service staff were only seen from a distance all evening). We also observed all of this at the neighboring tables. We never actually see it that closely. All of this can happen, maybe the older lady who was supposed to serve us just had a bad day. But what isn't possible is for the owners to be there, notice everything and look away shamefully. Even after actively addressing the problems with paying (of course I had to go to the counter myself), there was no word or response from the owner about this. I would have expected a different approach. So my birthday dinner was unfortunately a farce and my partner was sad - because she chose it.

Wir machten den Fehler Fisch zu bestellen. Frische keine Spur, Fisch war hart und fest, vmtl. in der Mikrowelle wieder aufgewärmt. Das schlechteste Fischgericht was wir seit langem serviert bekommen haben! Die Begrüßung war freundliche, das Ambiente ansprechend, leider das Essen nicht empfehlenswert: mehr Schein als sein.

We chose this restaurant spontaneously and didn't regret it. Everything was wonderful.

The food is very, very tasty and beautifully prepared. The portions are very large. The ambience is beautiful.

Very nice staff, accommodating and friendly. Even though all the seats were pre-booked, my husband was and I was seated and served in a friendly manner.

Everything doesn't always have to be perfect, but that was nothing. I was at a local wedding at the weekend. The outdoor area was poorly maintained. No umbrellas for a wedding at 32 degrees. The food came in stages over three hours, with sauces at the end. The quality of the food was good. Neither wine nor water was refilled at the table. There was no beer for the first 2 hours because there was no pressure reducer. The alternative was non-alcoholic beer from a bottle that was 1 year old. Gin-Tonic, according to the menu card: “We don’t have any gin”! The treatment of the employees by the supposed management, who preferred to drink with the Porsche friends in the restaurant rather than save the most beautiful day in the lives of their customers, was pathetic and insulting. After this experience, I have to advise everyone not to party there. Yes, it's hard to find staff, but that was just sad. We also made the best of it with the bride and groom in mind. I'm sorry for the two of them who don't deserve this. The midnight snack was Wagner's baked Picolinis with a slice of salami on top. I worked in the catering industry for a long time while studying. I would have been ashamed.

Wir sind mit viel Vorfreude in den Abend gestartet und mit gemischten Gefühlen zurück gekehrt... das Ambiente ist mega - und das Essen war auch sehr gut.. Leider ging unsere Bestellung irgendwie unter und alle nach uns kommenden gäste haben vor uns ihr Essen bekommen.. dann fehlte salat- es kam die falsche Beilage.. und die richtige wurde gar nicht mehr serviert... es war zwar eine größere Feier dort in einem Zelt aber die hatte mit dem Restaurant nicht so viel zu tun... alles in allem hatten wir vermutlich Pech den Abend- schade..

Sehr nette Begrüßung und schönes Ambiente, aber sehr viel Schein weniger sein. Der Tisch war nur zu teilen eingedeckt. Das Besteck falsch die Servietten fehlten. Der Teppich im Kaminzimmer sehr dreckig. Das Personal etwas konfus aber nett. Das Essen war ok aber nichts besonderes. Der Salat bestand hauptsächlich aus Eisbergsalat und war eher trist. Preis Leistung daher nicht ausgewogen.

I can only agree with the other reviews - highly recommended! Service, ambience and of course the food were great. Rump steak isn't exactly cheap, but it's great and the boss added onions to go with the sauce - thanks! Unfortunately too far away (from Munich) to stop by again

Special ambience thanks to the hut atmosphere - everything made entirely of wood. This also creates a pleasant acoustic setting. Clear menu, selected dishes, good wine selection. Very friendly service, unfortunately a bit expensive, but worth it.

A great restaurant that has just been taken over. Very good large portions and a great atmosphere. Added to this is the really friendly service etc. We felt very comfortable. Definitely coming back!

Es gab vor kurzem einen Inhaberwechsel. War zuvor häufiger hier, aber der letzte Besuch war leider ein Reinfall. 2 Gerichte, die bestellt wurden waren gar nicht machbar, da die Hauptkomponente nicht vorrätig war. Dies erfuhren wir jedoch erst nach 15 Minuten. Dann nochmal 2 neue Gerichte bestellt. Bei den anderen Gerichten kam 1 Falsches. Die Damen im Service haben sich wirklich bemüht, aber es sind m.E, keine gelernten Fachkräfte. Zudem war die Musik viel zu laut. Habe 2x eine Senkung der Laustärke erbeten. Der Geschmack des Essens war insgesamt OK. Wir werden nach dieser Erfahrung aber nicht wieder kommen. Schade!

We were there for the reopening on August 17th, 2024 because a colleague from Bad Harzburg invited us. Service was terrible, very unfriendly staff, the corbulent woman should perhaps reconsider her career. On average, the price of the food was far too high. The waiting time was far too long for us. The first time the wrong drinks came and then after another 30 minutes the right drinks came. The food was then eaten after another 30 minutes and after a total of 2 hours Dan finally got the food. If you open a new store now, you should hire decent staff otherwise things can only go so wrong. The tall gray-haired man introduced himself as the owner, but he didn't come across as credible and was very cheeky. Let's hope things get better.

Eigentlich ein sehr schöner Abend. Service sehr freundlich und überaus angenehm. Haben draußen gesessen und da sind die Tische sehr schlicht und stark abgenutzt, im Innenraum alles sehr edel , passt nicht wirklich zusammen. Die Auflagen waren auch nicht mehr die Besten. Essen war sehr gut und sehr reichlich, hier wird jeder satt.Neueröffnung ist ja auch erst diese Woche, wusste man aber nicht, stand nirgends. Alles in allem sehr schön und kommen gern wieder.

Gutes Essen mit einem tollen Service durch den italienischen Kellner. Gemütliches Ambiente. Leider maßregelte der Chef lautstark das Personal, was unangenehm war und wir als sehr unprofessionell empfanden.

Leider etwas enttäuscht ... Thainudeln (ungewürzt, Nudeln mit Sahne, kein bissel Schärfe...was ist daran Thai?) mit Gambas...für 27 Euro lieblos angerichtet mit !!! max. 2 in Stückchen zerschnittene Gambas...fand ich dann doch preislich etwas übertrieben. Von 2 Espresso war leider einer kalt, nicht lauwarm, sondern richtig kalt. Wirklich schade, denn Atmosphäre, Ambiente und der Service, als auch die Vorspeisen (siehe Foto) und die Fleischgerichte waren gut - aber bei so einer hochpreisigen Karte muss auch der Rest stimmen. Bitte bitte arbeitet dran...es war nämlich wirklich schön bei Euch!

Were at the restaurant two seasons today. It was a real experience. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were warmly and politely welcomed by the waitress. The young man took care of us in a touching way You could feel that there was a top chef at the stove there. We kept asking if everything was ok. The boss of the house introduced himself personally and showed us the hotel after the meal. We were thrilled across the board. Here we were not for the last time. The food is a little more expensive, but of great quality. We would like to thank you again for the great service. We had entrecôte, super tender meat. Wiegmann family

Four of us were there after a long day at the thermal baths and just wanted something to drink. Our clothing was definitely not appropriate for this setting as we were not prepared to enter a stylish restaurant that evening. The owner gave us a warm welcome, joked around and was super friendly. The waiter was very accommodating. we ordered our drinks, which came in no time. Then we ordered a second round. We received a small greeting from the kitchen (a cheese plate). Super delicious cheese, a little bit of everything. Then there was a homemade limoncello. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

During our bike tour through the Harz, we spontaneously stopped by the Two Seasons. Very nice and attentive service, great location and the garlic chilli pasta was very tasty. Recommended.

In the restaurant you feel like you are in Austria. Wood and velvety details create a warm ambience. The waiter, a Sicilian, is very attentive and helpful. The cuisine is also very fine, but for a medium portion of pasta with a little spiciness, just over 20 euros is too much.

Ein schönes gemütliches Restaurant. Wir waren zu zweit, ganz allein, hier Essen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Die Karte nicht zu groß, was für Qualität spricht, und auch so ist. Qualität hat eben ein Prei. Das Essen war 1a***** Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Very nice restaurant! My rack of lamb was great! Overall very empathetic. After the meal there was an exclusive hotel tour with the boss, great! When our taxi dropped us off and we had to wait for over an hour, the bar in the restaurant was opened again for us and we then had an unforgettable evening with Rainer and Barbara! Wonderful place, outstanding food 👌

Very nice atmosphere. The mix between Harz/rustic/wooden charm and modern furnishings is very well done. We were only there for coffee and cake and both were good (a star deducted because the machine wasn't ready to make a latte macchiato yet)! The service staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. Our dog was also very warmly “served” (water bowl). We will be happy to come back and then certainly for dinner.

Had a pleasant evening for two. The waitress and the chef personally made sure that we were not only full but also happy.

After a bad experience in... Roth trout found this little treasure and ate it here. Super friendly service on the phone and on site. Comfortably surrounded by greenery, you are immediately warmly welcomed and looked after. The food is really delicious, freshly made and great. The boss is very interested in the opinions of the guests and there is a small, pretty boutique hotel here. Definitely recommended, especially because of the super friendly Italian young man who serves. Thank you

We happened to land on the nearby parking space with our motorhome and stopped here in the evening after reserving a table. We would never have expected such an exceptionally good restaurant in this area :-) The ambience, the attention to detail in the decoration, the rosé, the salmon, the asparagus, the homemade Bernaise sauce, the rustic tiramisu (without alcohol and eggs an unexpected delight), the home-made limoncello liqueur, the very attentive service, the Italian background music... - we will definitely be back and will recommend this restaurant (and the Hotel Wolfstein opposite, by the way) to our best friends!

Wir waren Gäste im Hotel gegenüber, wird offenbar vom gleichen Inhaber-Paar betrieben. Wir hatten telefonisch angefragt, ob wir mit drei Kindern ein Abendessen bekommen könnten, daraufhin wurden wir in diesem komplett für Familien ungeeigneten Restaurant eingebucht: Große Enttäuschung. Wurden zuerst bei viel zu niedrigen Temperaturen auf die Terrasse gesetzt, konnten dann auf unseren Wunsch nach drinnen umziehen. Komplett überteuert für das, was man bekommt (Spaghetti Bolognese, ziemlich kleine Portion, knapp 20 €, Pasta im 'Thai Style' auch). Für gutes bis sehr gutes Essen zahle ich gerne mehr, aber das hier ist allenfalls Durchschnitt. Hier wird auf gehobene Gastronomie gemacht, leider ohne das Fachwissen und die hierfür notwenigen Fähigkeiten.

Zum Muttertag heute vor Ort, ein Super Brunch. Ziemlich neue Besetzung das Team, Valerio der neue Restaurant Leiter ist ja der Hammer. Italienisches Flair durch und durch. Großartig weiter so auch tolle Küche

Reserviert über Open Tablet, funktionierte reibungslos. Das Restaurant war allerdings, trotz Reservierung, laut Homepage bis Mai geschlossen. Haben uns dann spontan ein anderes Restaurant gesucht.

Super nice, fast service, we were here for the very first time and are just thrilled. Prices are completely reasonable for the quality and you get a very pleasant, romantic atmosphere. The next visit to Bad Harzburg ends here again! Thank you

Food top, service top, again at any time........

We went to the restaurant for a family dinner on Christmas Day. The atmosphere is very nice, quiet and chic, and the staff also served us in a friendly manner. Unfortunately, for our own high standards and prices, the food was only mediocre (unfinished risotto and dry spaghetti carbonara, partly oversalted) to good (entrecote and fish starter). We had to wait almost an hour for the food (even though we were the first guests) and 15 minutes after the food was served, we were thrown out because the table was supposed to be set for new guests. This would not be communicated in advance in any way. Christmas dinner ended suddenly and the children were allowed to eat their ice cream at the counter and the wine they had ordered with their meal could still be drunk. I didn't actually want to write a review, but I received no response to my complaint email. For us, there is absolutely no recommendation for a restaurant that we were really looking forward to and that also has good reviews. We won't be coming back. A pity.

Es war sehr angenehm, sehr nettes Team. Kompliment an Joe (Koch) es war unglaublich lecker! Die Preise sind etwas höher aber für die gehobene Küche absolut angemessen. Wir kommen sehr sehr gern wieder.

Silvester 2023: Trotz Buchung keine Zuordnung, hat dann zwei andere Gäste von 'unserem' Tisch umplaziert. Falsche Speisekarten mit Weihnachtsessen wurden gereicht, fast halbe Std. auf Aperitif gewartet. Beide Gerichte mit 5 min. Zeitunterschied und dann noch unvollständig serviert. Bis auf eine Ausnahme (Studentin (!!) wie wir erfuhren) chaotisches, überfordertes Personal. Um einem Tisch 'kümmern' sich 3 verschiedene Damen und fragen nach etwa 40 min. nacheinander, ob man z.B. schon einen Brotkorb bekommen hätte. Eine Tafel mit 10 Plätzen wurde von 4 sich unbekannten Gruppen/Paaren Schulter an Schulter besetzt. Wir selbst saßen zu zweit an einem Vierertisch und wurden gefragt, ob sich weitere Gäste an unseren Tisch setzen könnten. An allen Tischen um uns herum schauten sich die Gäste gegenseitig nur noch irritiert, erheitert, entsetzt oder ungläubig an. Und das alles im gehobenen Preissegment mit unterdurchschnittlicher Küche - "Versteckte Kamera" war es leider nicht ...

Gewollt und nicht gekonnt! Es sollte ein besonderer Abend in einem besonderen Ambiente werden. Besonders war er auch: Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants war eine unangenehme Hektik zu spüren. Mehrere Service-Kräfte liefen kopflos umher. Wir hatten einen Tisch um 20 Uhr reserviert für das 3-Gang Silvestermenue und das schon vor einigen Wochen. Wir wurden an einen langen Tisch gesetzt, an dem 10 Personen Platz fanden, die sich allerdings völlig fremd waren und eng an eng saßen. Wohlfühlen sieht anders aus. Die Speise-/Getränkekarte bekamen wir relativ schnell, allerdings mussten wir fast 1 Stunde auf das erste Getränk warten. So ging es den Personen um uns herum auch. Das Brot zur Vorspeise bekamen wir gegen 22.00 Uhr, kurz vor dem Hauptgang. Das Essen war, genau wir der Weißwein, durchgängig lauwarm. Wahrscheinlich da man auf alles so lange warten musste, weil die Sachen irgendwo standen und vom Service erst zeitverzögert gebracht wurden. Was den Abend rettete, waren die dicht an uns sitzenden, netten Tischnachbarn/Leidensgenossen, mit denen man mit und über die unglaubliche Situation lachen konnte. Man hatte mit den Personen drum herum des Öfteren Blickkontakt und sah die gleichen verwunderten Gesichter. Fazit: für das Preisniveau muss man deutlich mehr bieten.

Really nice shop with excellent food! The staff is very friendly throughout, but I expect a little more for the price. Our starter wine only came after we had finished the course and only with a reminder. Guests at the next table were served bread with the soup, we weren't, which would have been good given the long waiting times. Nevertheless, I would come back and postpone the slow service (we had to wait over an hour for the main course) until Christmas Eve.

Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut, Fleisch exzellent, Suppe hätte heißer sein können. Service sehr aufmerksam. Preislich aber schon grenzwertig.

One of the best restaurant I've ever been. It's the same vibe like in a Michelin Restaurant. We had a fantastic huge wood table in a separate room, and all the dishes were fabulous. The Chef come to meet us and the end of experience.

Meine Frau und Tochter haben hier meinen Geburtstag verbracht. Zuvorkommender Service, hervorragende Qualität. Waren sehr zufrieden, sehr kinderfreundlich und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Risotto für die Kleine wurde mit der selben handwerklichen Kunst zubereitet wie es bei unserem Essen der Fall war, sogar mit Extrawünschen. Nochmal: Kompliment, insbesondere für die Königskrabbe.

War ganz okay. Leider keinerlei Angabe über die Gramm beim Filet. Gehobene Preise aber kein gehobener Service. Alles in allem passt es nicht zueinander. Keine Empfehlung!
