Zur Tränke in St. Blasien

I have been coming here for over 25 years and my husband for over 50 years. We come to St. Blasien several times a year. The selection of dishes has not changed in recent years and has been passed down from each owner, so to speak. (and there have been a few over the years) Unfortunately, we have only been there sporadically for about 1.5 years, as it is unfortunately the only restaurant where our daughter's service dog is not allowed. I don't know when exactly there was a change of ownership in the last year, but it is no longer the previous one who also has or had the ice cream cafe. As always, I had loin toast and it was delicious. My side salad was fresh but very tasteless. My husband also had a Cordon Bleu, as always. Unfortunately it was also very bland and, unlike before, there was hardly any cheese in it. The service was friendly and very quick. There are new desserts, but we didn't try them. Every cook has a not so good day. Maybe we'll be back without a dog and try again.

There were three of us there. Without reservation. The female waiter spoke very poor German and took us to a place that had not yet been cleaned of the previous guests. This happened at the same time as we were seated... the cards were brought to us quickly. We ordered lasagna, pizza diavolo and pizza capricciosa. We had two of three dishes returned. The pizza was bland. Too little salt and anything but a flavor explosion. The dough was soft. The lasagna was just mush. I've eaten a lot of lasagnas in my life, but this was the worst thing I've ever eaten. The waitress brought us the menu to choose from again, but we had lost our appetite... What a shame.

Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the previous recession. I am extremely impressed with the food and the service. Even though the lady doesn't speak German well, she entertained us very well and made us laugh. I had a pizza potion with my meal and my colleague also had a pizza potion, both very enthusiastic about the food, compliments to the kitchen. We'll definitely be back! Thank you.

Very nice pub with friendly and very fast service. There were five of us and all the dishes tasted very tasty and the portions were perfectly sized. We tried some schnitzel dishes and salads. The schnitzels were very juicy and the salads came with homemade bread, super tasty. We'd love to come back!

I came without great expectations... But..... Really great pizza!!!!! I have rarely eaten such good pizza... Spaghetti Aglio extremely delicious... Thanks for the great meal after a long hike on the Schluchtensteig...

Went to eat twice during our vacation in August. Once with dogs, once without, both outside. The food was very good, pizza, tarte flambée and the daily dish, pasta with chanterelles. The tarte flambée in particular was very tasty. Service was also friendly, I can confirm that the knowledge of German is not always good, but there was definitely no lack of friendliness. The waitresses were also helpful and kept asking questions. The prices are absolutely fine for what is on offer, large drinks are really big and not just 0.3. Definitely come back for dinner on your next vacation.

So the missing star in the food is only due to one or two powders, such as the cream sauce. It's definitely tasty, but you can taste it. The grill plate is great! Every single piece of meat was cooked well, the bacon could have been more fried, but with fresh fried mushrooms. Daily dish veal steak with chanterelle was also very and fresh! Portions are more than decent. The shop inside is very rustic but cozy rustic. Would definitely eat there again

We were served in English, not really friendly. The large green lettuce and carrots were brown around the edges and certainly not fresh. At least the tarte flambée was freshly made. We can only confirm what another guest wrote. Not to be missed.

I was very spontaneous in this cozy restaurant. It was raining a lot, so we sat inside, but it was so warm inside that we immediately felt very comfortable. The nice lady Besa also gave us such a warm welcome that we were happy to stay longer. ☺️ Food (mainly pizza and salads) was great. Can other pizzerias really learn a lesson? Freshly prepared and very very hot. 😅 Definitely recommended!

If there is one restaurant that has established itself in St. Blasien, it is Tränke, and rightly so. The food is great and the service is very friendly! The prices are also absolutely reasonable. It's always nice to stay there.

The food here is very delicious, a must-go place for everyone that visits St. Blasien. The staff was friendly and the food was on another level, especially the pizzas and the steak.

I'm disappointed. Following the good to very good reviews, I first walked through the place, considered where I would have dinner and then ended up in the watering hole. The young landlord behind the counter is very nice and on the ball. I order some water and as soon as I sit down he asks if I have decided what I would like to eat. I choose pork loin steak, baked with ham and cheese, served with spaetzle and cream sauce, like in the photo below. After less than five minutes the salad comes to the table. This is good when you're hungry. However, I quickly put my fork down because the salad is not fresh, not freshly cut, sliced ​​or grated. It's dry and the cucumbers are souring. The dressing is fresh, fresh from the bottle in the supermarket. OK. After barely ten minutes my food arrives. Wow, a quick kitchen. The food is hot; one point. The rest is a disgrace. The meat is dry and squeaks when cut. It's a good thing all that cheese covers that up. The spaetzle are not a culinary art, they come out of the bag, the cream sauce and I deliberately don't write sauce, smells of sauce powder as soon as it arrives at the table. It's shiny and tastes rancid. I'm annoyed that I didn't order pizza, but it's there at the next table after 10 minutes.

It wasn't the first time we ate here, but every time it was delicious! Hearty inn cuisine, delicious pizza and fast, friendly service in a cozy environment. You can simply eat well here!

Die Tränke war richtig gut und voll. Trotzdem hat es gut geklappt mit Bestellung, Essen haben wir relativ schnell bekommen und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Preise recht normal also preis Leistung gut. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Nächstes mal gerne wieder.

An sich eine sehr schöne Gaststätte . Leider kann ich keine Bewertung für das Essen und Getränke abgeben. Soweit kam ich nicht. Ich kam mit unserem 6 Monate alten Jack Russel Welpen in den Gastraum, wo meine Frau mit Freunden auf mich warteten. Sofort wurde mir vom sehr unfreundlichen Wirt unmissverständlich klar gemacht, das ich wieder gehen muss, da Hunde nicht erlaubt sind. Ich habe Verständnis dafür das in wenigen Wirtschaften Hunde nicht erwünscht sind, aber mir hat der Patrone fast nicht mal die Zeit gelassen mich mit meiner Frau zu unterhalten was ich jetzt mache. Mehrmals sehr barsch und unfreundlich, raus jetzt mit dem Hund. Das hab ich gerne gemacht. Weil wenn Sein Essen genau so mies ist wie Seine Laune, nein Danke. Ich vergebe nur deshalb 2 Sterne, weil sonst diese Rezession nicht veröffentlicht wird. Denkt Euch ein Minus mit ner 5 . Zumindest für die Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft. Er könnte auch bei Google hinterlegen das Hunde nicht erwünscht sind. Nur so als Tip.

An einen regnerischen Abend, bin ich in dieses Lokal rein und habe mir Schweineländchen mit Spätzle bestellt. Ich komme aus dem Schwabenland und ich weiß wie dieses Gericht schmeckt. Ich hab nicht den Anschein gemacht, dass ich Schweineländchen bekommen habe. Denn sie waren zäh und trocken Die Spätzle waren sehr weich, wie zweimal gekocht und die Sauce eine Katastrophe. Ich weiß nicht wie seine Pizza schmeckt Er soll bei Pitza bleiben mein Gericht ist nicht empfehlenswert in diesem Lokal.

Essen war super und lecker. Jedoch hatten alle bei uns am Tisch das Gefühl dass Stammgäste hier lieber als Tagesgäste gesehen werden. Sei es bei der Aufnahme vorab der Getränke, Essen wurden unterschiedlich geliefert. Der erste von uns war schon fertig als die Letzte ihr Essen bekam. Besteck musste teilweise selbst geholt werden.

Wie jedes Jahr waren wir auch diesmal gleich an unserem ersten Urlaubstag in der Tränke. In den vergangenen Jahren besuchten wir das Lokal fast täglich. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Ich persönlich besuche das Lokal seit 1987. Am nächsten Tag (Sonntag, den 15.10.23) riefen wir, nachdem wir über der Webseite gesehen haben, dass das Restaurant durchgehend geöffnet hat an, ob wir vorbeikommen können. Es wurde abgenommen und es wurde uns sofort gesagt wir öffnen erst um 17 Uhr. Wir wurden am Telefon weder begrüßt noch bekamen wir die Möglichkeit unser Anliegen zu schildern, denn die Frau hatte sofort wieder aufgelegt. Es war keine Bandansage. Das war auch der Grund, dieses Lokal nicht mehr zu besuchen, denn zu einem guten Essen gehört auch eine angemessene Freundlichkeit dazu, nicht nur vom Gast. Antwort: Wir haben vorher nur 1x angerufen, beim 2. mal wurde das Telefon abgenommen, entschuldigt hat sich niemand. Unter Freundlichkeit verstehen wir, dass man sich ordnungsgemäß meldet, sich das Anliegen des Gastes anhört und dem Gast freundlich erklärt, dass man das Lokal erst wieder um 17 Uhr öffnet. Man sollte schon ein Einsehen zeigen, denn auch wir können uns erinnern. Anscheinend ist aber immer der Gast schuld.

Дуже сподобався заклад. Не зважаючи на те, що ми приїхали пізно, у закладі було багато людей, нам все одно знайшли столик. Персонал був дуже уважним. Їжа була дуже смачна. Ми відпочили, повечеряли та поїхали далі.

Fleisch leider total versalzen. Service unbeholfen haben für 2 Getränke eine halbe Stunde gewartet.

Das Essen war super lecker 👌, junges Personal und Inhaber, die alle sehr freundlich, sympathisch und flott sind. Kaum Wartezeiten, trotz dass das Lokal sehr gut besucht war. Essen und Service echt klasse und absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren nur für 2 Übernachtungen hier, haben am ersten Abend dort gegessen und waren so begeistert, dass wir uns direkt für den nächsten Abend einen Tisch reserviert haben! Wir hatten Pizza, Tagesgericht Bandnudeln mit Lachs und Spinat in Sahnesauce 👌👍 und Salat mit gebratenem Hähnchenstreifen und Grillteller. Alles absolut frisch und sehr lecker!

Super leckeres Essen und für meine Begriffe gibt es auch nirgends in der Gegend diese niedrigen Preise. Also Preis-Leistung einfach nur genial.

Wir waren heute noch ein zweites Mal in dieser Lokalität. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Besonders wegen dem netten Service. Die Damen sind so aufmerksam zuvorkommend und unheimlich nett. Das zieht sich aber auch bis in die Küche durch. Lob an die Küche. Speisen für das Ambiente sehr gut 👍. Wir wünschen den Team von der Tränke weiterhin viel Erfolg. Essen gut und reichlich, schade das die Hälfte des Essens im Müll landete , weil vergessen wurde es einzupacken, erst war Kartenzahlung auf der Terrasse nicht möglich, da wir aber kein Bargeld hatten, ging es dann doch. Personal nett, aber hat leider nicht alles verstanden

Wir haben das Lokal während unseres Kurzurlaubes mit Freunden insgesamt 3 mal aufgesucht, da es in St. Blasien wenig Möglichkeiten gibt, einfach nur einen Schoppen zu trinken auch zu späterer Stunde. Das Essen an einem Abend war auch lecker. Ist halt mehr Kneipe als Restaurant. Dafür ein vielseitiges Essensangebot zu günstigen Preisen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Lekkere schnitzel en steak gegeten!!

Der Rösti war sehr lecker. Auch die Pommes hatten biss und waren nicht labbrig. Allen hat es dort sehr gut gefallen und geschmeckt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen fair. Jederzeit wieder. 🤤
