Zur Tanne in Bad Lauterberg im Harz

The staff and the kitchen were overwhelmed, the gyros were not crispy and overly seasoned. The fries were not seasoned and soft. Everything came together, take-out delivery - the dining room was full and all the guests arrived almost at the same time. We'll try it this week, maybe it'll work better then.

A highly recommended restaurant! We were absolutely thrilled! The taste is a solid A+. Super friendly service and a chef who loves his job. The ambiance is also first-class! Anyone familiar with the Balkans will feel at home and in good hands here. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice privately run hotel. Quiet and yet a short walk to the pedestrian zone and spa park. Nice breakfast buffet, great mattresses and spacious room. Cozy restaurant with very good cuisine. Friendly staff at reception and in service. Tasteful decoration that gets you in the mood for spring. Price, performance is right! If you don't try the kitchen, you're missing out on a taste experience... sometimes home cooking like Grandma's, sometimes seasoned steak, much better than any steakhouse chain!

Friendly and nice and good service

A great place to stop for a break after a nice walk up the local mountain. The cable car is the alternative for disabled runners. Wonderful view over Bad Lauterberg with seating outside. We had delicious hot drinks!
