The service was very unfriendly, the marinade on the schnitzel wasn't even remotely crispy or golden, and when the question comes "Was everything OK?" it's better not to answer because unfortunately you can't handle criticism here. Was the last time we were there!

Not much choice on the menu, especially not for simple tastes, and then the food is also mediocre (Vienna schnitzel and starter salad with what feels like no dressing. Unfriendly service, criticism is not accepted but passed on to the customer, and then also stupid sayings Relatively expensive, you pay €7 for a mini portion of Kaiserschmarn. Overall, very dissatisfied with the restaurant. I won't eat here again.

Been to the valley spring for the first time. Small and fine. We ate and drank well. There is something on the menu for every taste. Attentive service.

Solid but simple cuisine, without much sophistication. Since I couldn't trace the origin of the meat anywhere, I ordered fish and was satisfied considering the price. A very good open Merlot was a pleasant accompaniment to salmon on homemade schnitzel cakes. All in all a well-run, clean and cozy restaurant.

We always enjoy coming here on our bikes. We enjoy the beautiful courtyard with the many flowers and water features. The food (today we had potato pancakes with salmon and roast beef with fried potatoes) was very good. If I had made the remoulade sauce myself, I would have fallen off my chair. Service and reception were very attentive. All in all a successful evening. Thanks to the whole team

Steak and schnitzel as well as the side dishes were really delicious, there's nothing to complain about.👍 Nice service. Admission only with a valid vaccination certificate was no problem for us. Price/performance really ok!

Wir waren dort mit einer größeren Gesellschaft verabredet. Unsere Freunde ca.15 Personen saßen bereits im sogenannten großen Saal als wir kamen. Der Wirt gab uns beim Eintreten zu verstehen, dass wir mit unserem Labrador Retriever nicht rein dürften, weil er keine Lust auf Hundehaare im großen Saal hätte. Auch unsere Einlassung, Das unsere Freunde uns erwarten und bereit einen Chihuahua dabei hätten beeindruckten ihn nicht. Ich bin nicht mehr gewillt mit jemanden darüber zu diskutieren. Wer unseren sauberen, trockenen, wohlerzogenen Hund nicht toleriert, kann auch mit uns kein Geld verdienen. Scheinbar geht es manchem Gastronomen auch im 2. Jahr einer Pandemie noch gut genug, Gäste abzuweisen. Ich würde die Talquelle aus diesem Grunde nicht empfehlen.

Sehr leckeres Essen, tolles gemütliches Restaurant mit Wohlfühlfaktor im Außenbereich sowie innen. Die Bratkartoffeln waren Spitzenklasse, innen weich und außen knusprig. Freundliche Bedienung und das wichtigste ist, dass das Essen noch selbst gemacht wird und nicht mir fertig Produkten. Alles in allem einen Aufenthalt wert, wenn man Mal in der Gegend ist.

Wir waren als Familie heute dort. Es hat uns gut geschmeckt. Das die Lokale an Corona zu knabbern haben ist uns klar!! Aber bei den Getränken wird ganz genau aufs Eichmass geachtet, die Gläser sahen halb leer aus. Geizig!!! Die Gerichte waren lieblos auf riesigen Tellern mit abgezählten Pommes angerichtet... Die Preise sind sehr ordentlich für Viersen - Schrick...

Kleiner gemütlicher Biergarten. Das Schweinefilet in Limetten-Chilisahnesoße mit grünem Spargel und Makkaroni auf Rucola war köstlich und reichlich. Auch die Toiletten waren sauber, dass ist für mich persönlich ein wichtiges Kriterium

Da kann man nur die Höchstpunktzahl geben ! Sonst gibt s Krach mit den Nachbarn :-) Ansonsten: probieren Sie s aus, lassen Sie sich ein Gericht empfehlen (ich mag das Schweinefilet in der Limetten-Chili-Sahne-Sauce) und genießen Sie das urige Ambiente (welches immer wieder von den Betreibern erweitert wird) Saisonal kommen viele Gäste auch nach Vorbestellung wegen der Klasse Muscheln (die mag aber nicht jeder).
