Very nice location, right in the countryside, on the Weser, beautiful old house and great ambience. There are enough parking spaces available. Nice personel. The food is good. Portions small, price unreasonably high.

I've enjoyed coming here for years. Beautiful glass-covered sun terrace for all weather conditions, simply cozy and relaxed. Fuller in summer. Good cuisine and great brunch. Always great offers. The friendly staff in particular put you in a good mood and are relaxed for a snack in between. Perfect place for time out!

Enjoy a nice meal with friends. Good variety in the menu. Portions are on the small side and therefore a bit too expensive. Excellent quality. Good choice of wines, but far too expensive for what is offered.

Cozy little hotel directly on the Weser with very special gastronomy.

As a pilgrimage stage, here was a destination. Despite the evening menu being fully booked, we were able to eat. It was fantastic! The kitchen was modern, international and absolutely surprising. Rooms with a view of the Weser. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast with organic and regional ingredients. Strengthened and rested, we could continue hiking. absolute recommendation!

Wir waren zu viert.... und alle sooo zufrieden. Eine feine Speisekarte mit vegetarischen, veganen und Fleischgerichten. Die beiden Fleischgerichte der Männer sahen sehr gut aus, und wurden in den höchsten Tönen gelobt. Das Essen meiner Freundin (vegetarisch) und meins (vegan) optisch und geschmacklich absolut phantastisch. Der Service sehr freundlich und flink. Einzig die Toiletten und das Ambiente stammen wohl aus den 80er Jahren. Bin aber sicher, da wird noch was passieren . Wir werden jedenfalls wiederkommen.

Very tasty food, but at high prices and the vegan selection could be a bit larger. There is also oat milk for coffee etc. upon request.

Cozy little hotel that you definitely have to visit! We only discovered it by chance. Overnight stay with surprise menu 4 courses and breakfast. The food has always tasted very good. Very good cook and the breakfast was amazing and very rich! Rooms kept simple but everything was clean. Staff very friendly, they try hard to make the guest happy.

Cozy and rustic restaurant, whether summer or winter. In summer you can always find interesting seating (see photo) on the terrace. The food is delicious, especially in the run-up to Christmas the half duck, we don't miss it. We like to go to the Klostermühle.

In my opinion, the so-called “deluxe breakfast” was anything but “deluxe”. The selection and taste were more than disappointing for me. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio wasn't right at all. Making normal scrambled eggs so inedible is quite an art. The service was ok.

Hotel: As expected, nice atmosphere. The hotel and restaurant share an entrance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is an old building, so it creaks here and there. Still, a nice room with a nice view. The location is great if you want to start the car a few times: great zoo and beautiful hiking trails nearby. Restaurant: Nice ambience. Nicely decorated. Exciting menu with interesting combinations, as long as you're willing to experiment. The dessert is the highlight. Worth a visit!

New Year's Eve The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was very cozy. Unfortunately, the menu for New Year's Eve could not be viewed online, but when we made the reservation we were advised of a special/shortened menu. We were surprised by the fairly high prices and the limited selection (vegetarian/vegan). The food itself, e.g. schnitzel, was fried, the mushrooms were burnt and the steakhouse fries were soggy, no other small. Salad garnish. Also at There was a lot to complain about with the other dishes - hence our conclusion: value for money was poor 😕.

Cooking is an art, everything was done very well here. Great food, whether it was breakfast or lunch. Everything is very harmonious and the friendliness and ambience make the whole thing even more beautiful.

Wir haben uns aufgrund der Facebook-Werbung der Klostermühle Bursfelde dieses Jahr am 2. Weihnachtstag (26.12.2023) für dieses Restaurant/Gasthaus entschieden. Wir waren zu dritt (mein Mann, mein Vater und ich). Geschlafen haben wir dort nicht.

Es gab zu Weihnachten wieder eine hochwertige Karte die sich erfreulich vom üblichen 08/15 abhebt, was auch der Grund ist warum viele Gäste eine lange Anfahrt in Kauf nehmen um in der Klostermühle zu essen. Ich möchte den Verfassern manch anderer aktueller negativer Kommentare die Erfindung namens Telefon empfehlen, dann hätte man vor der Reservierung gewusst was einen erwartet. Der ein oder andere ist vielleicht mit einer Bockwurst von der Tankstelle besser beraten...?!

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr, sehr lecker. Keine langen Wartezeit. Obwohl wir mit mehreren Personen da waren, kam das Essen sehr zügig. Der Service und Ambiente top.

Wir waren schon einmal hier, als wir den Weserradweg bezwangen. Da gab es Kaffee und Kuchen und nichts zu beanstanden. Heute einen Platz ergattert und satt und zufrieden das Haus verlassen. Die Vorsuppen waren der Hammer 😘. Der Rest lecker, ausreichend und liebevoll präsentiert. An der 5 hat nur das Ambiente gekratzt. Die Lautstärke war für uns schon etwas störend.

schönes Lokal am Weser Radweg ,gelegen aussenterasse ist super einladend und netter Service wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Preis - Leistung kaum zu übertreffen; Freundlich, gute Küche, saubere und gute Zimmer die auf TV verzichten

Besser geht nicht. Die Lachsforelle mit kräuternusskruste, Kimchi, Mangochutney u Zitronenreis war einfach nur genial. Ich habe lange nicht so gut gegessen. Mein Mann hatte die Topf Sülze und war genauso begeistert. Absolut empfehlenswert.
