Great service, the food was very good, the drinks were chilled just right. All in all, the visit here perfectly rounded off our day trip.

Ate Rumpsteak there. Been sick for 4 days, probably from spoiled Pfifferlingen. The meat was very mediocre and the beer had a very floral taste. It seemed more flower than hops. (Was the Weizen). The fried potatoes weren't really fried either. Apparently in a hurry to serve it. For me, of course, once, but never again.

The service was always attentive and quick. The food tasted good, the portions were 👍. Unfortunately, the potato soup is not priced at €9. It was a small cup! Given the price, we expected much more. But the taste was 👍 and it was hot too. The special beer🍺 wasn't to our taste.

Tasy beer, great location in historical Rathaus, friendly service, but the food is just appallingly bad. The beef ragout with wild forest mushrooms that I had — was over salted, and had no mushrooms, and the other meal that we had — the fried fined chopped pork — was dry, over salted and tasted like carton. Actually this was the worst restaurant food I ever had in my life. Come for the beer and maybe the schnitzel is ok. But don’t experiment with other options..

Incredibly atmospheric. Exceptionally good service. And the food was almost perfect. The wife doesn't have much of an appetite so she got a "doggy bag." A reusable plastic bucket. 5 euros in deposit. Which we thought was very fair.

The food was down-to-earth and good. The beer is even delicious! But the real charm is behind the counter: Due to the weather, we parked our bikes under the umbrellas that were still up to keep them dry. However, after the visit and during the meal there was a strong thunderstorm. All umbrellas were put away - except for the umbrella by our bikes. Super nice! After I thanked them for their kindness, we were offered to put the bikes away safely and dry due to the strong thunderstorm. Really a good experience. Thanks!

Tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere. The home-brewed Eisenbart beer is particularly highly recommended.

The food wasn't bad, but dry. If you have to wait forever for your beer in a brewery just because you took too many reservations, that's a no go. Sorry, it wasn't our first time here - a stop in transit - but our last time. Even if the beer is delicious and the staff is friendly, that's not possible.

Unfortunately I cannot agree with the positive reviews. Food ok so far but nothing outstanding. We wouldn't necessarily come back because of the food. There were servers who were very friendly, but the expression on most of their faces showed how much they enjoyed their work. In fact, none at all. Anyway, strange when it felt like all the waiters were at the table. Plates were already cleared away from those who were finished, although the others in the group of four were not yet finished. Actually it doesn't work at all. Since there are guests who simply can't always eat everything, our friend wanted the meat packed. One of the waitresses then said that it was accidentally thrown away. Actually it doesn't work at all. They could have at least offered a replacement. Definitely not recommended and we won't visit it again. It's a shame, because the beer and the ambience are actually very good. But fortunately there are still very good alternatives in Hann. Münden.

Pearl barley risotto and brewery shreds were really good. Unfortunately you are “used”. This is generally getting out of hand and has nothing to do with looseness.

DasBrauhaus is wonderfully located in the heart of the old town. Their own beer is good. The service leaves a lot to be desired. The lady is not friendly, rather annoyed and skillfully ignored. Our menus lay closed on the table for almost half an hour until we could order. The food came in a reasonable time. One dish was as expected, there was nothing to complain about, but that was it. At the second meal the wrong side dish came and when the plate was finally properly filled on the table, the meat was cold. Under the meat there was still a remnant of the first, wrong, side dish. When it was cleared away, my companion answered no when asked if it was tasty. That wasn't worth the waiter's response. Now I've been sitting in front of an empty glass for 20-25 minutes, even though people are busy serving us on either side of us. The tables are no longer fully occupied and the service is with 4-5 people, so there can be no question of stress. We definitely won't be coming back.

Schnitzel tough, fries dry and overcooked, bratwurst good with fried potatoes but not standard corresponding to the price. Rude waiter but good homemade beer. Lots of people and stressed staff who served the wrong people. Messy.

Very cozy inn in a vaulted cellar. The food (venison goulash with noodles and vegan burger with sweet potato fries) was unfortunately below average. Wild goulash (from local forests) was far too dry/too salty. The sauce was too much and thickened with too much Mondamin/sauce thickener. Bun of the burger and patty too dry / unfortunately no sauce on the burger. Sweet potato fries were delicious. Service was unfortunately very poor/unmotivated and unfriendly. You didn't feel welcome. Maybe the owners and service staff are just too fed up with too many guests (location/tourists).

Underground service. We were treated very unfriendly by the head waiter. Under no circumstances should you ask if you don't understand the price. Or wait for the rest of the group to order their food. This will be resented. Or order a beer other than the house beer. Really cheeky. In addition, the (vegetarian) food was absolutely bland and far too expensive for the quality offered. We also didn't ask if we needed anything else or what the food was like. The only plus point: it's nice to sit on the town hall square. I would therefore not recommend the restaurant to my friends.

I can highly recommend it! Had asparagus with potatoes, chicken steak and hollandaise sauce, super tasty, and the price was right! I also really enjoyed the beer. All in all it was a good idea to eat and drink here!

We were disappointed last time. The service left a lot to be desired. We had reserved. As we entered, we waited for someone to come up to us and ask us what we wanted. This did not happen. So we went to the back counter where three people were standing. An employee was fidgeting on her cell phone and we were then asked by the innkeeper (not the owner) what we wanted. We were then assigned a table. I have to say in advance that when we made the reservation we asked whether there was a buffet, which was answered in the affirmative. When we arrived and asked about it we were disappointed as a last minute decision had been made to only eat a la carte. A pity. So far so good. It took a long time for the waitress to come to us again before we ordered our drinks. And again until you order your food. The food came to the table quite quickly. My brewery scraps, which I love very much, were very good; The schnitzels with the side dishes were also delicious. It took too long again for the bill to arrive, especially since the restaurant wasn't full. But watching the cell phone seemed more important. What I didn't think was right was that the long-time employee climbed onto one of the benches with her shoes on to write something on the blackboard, but afterwards didn't come up with the idea of ​​wiping the upholstery with a damp cloth. After all, someone will be sitting in this seat with their clean pants afterwards! Piglet!!! I hope these were all flashes in the pan and will keep an eye on it next time. Tolles Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal... Sowas ist echt selten geworden...

Wir kamen als Gäste und wurden wie Freunde bedient. Hier erwartet Euch gutbürgerliche und ehrliche Küche. Selbst ich als Weingeniesser, könnte bei dem selbstgebrauten Bier wieder schwach werden. Danke an das Team für den netten Abend.

Essen war sehr lecker. Genau die richtige Portion. Sehr freundliches Personal und der Koch hat persönlich gefragt ob alles passt. Komme gerne wieder.

Wir waren hier mit einer großen Gruppe zum Frühstück. Alles bestens und reichlich vorhanden. Service war gut. Anschließend die leckeren Biere vom Fass durchprobiert.

Das Scheibchen Schweinefleisch ist dünner als die spiegelglatte Panade des Schnitzels nach Wiener Art. Tütenpilzsoße Kost Extra Salatbar ist ok. Alkoholfreies Bier gibt's nur aus n Kasten.

Uriges und gemütliches Brauhaus im Herzen der Altstadt von Hann. Münden und direkt unter dem Rathaus gelegen. Übersichtliche Karte mit einer Auswahl an deftigen, brauhaustypischen Gerichten und einzelnen vegetarischen Optionen. Die Preise sind für die gebotene Qualität in Ordnung. Das hauseigene Bier hat uns gut geschmeckt, insbesondere das dunkle Bier zum Wildgulasch. Da wir in einem Nebenraum saßen (Malzstube) und das Brauhaus gut besucht war, kam die Kellnerin leider nicht so häufig vorbei. Unterm Strich hat es uns hier aber gut gefallen und geschmeckt.

Toll, dass es solche Restaurants wie das Ratsbrauhaus gibt, die auch in schwierigen Zeiten für die Gastro zeigen, wie es funktionieren kann! Super leckeres Essen, großartiger Service, regionale Produkte, gemütliches Ambiente ohne altbacken zu wirken, absolut faire Preise und tolles selbstgebrautes Bier! Ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt und werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Leckeres regionales und saisonales Essen

Wir fanden das Essen (Haxe mit Sauerkraut, Vegetarischer Burger, Hähnchenbruststeak) sehr lecker. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Selbst der Koch kam aus der Küche und fragte uns ob es "schmecket". Von dem selbstgebrauten Bier waren alle vier Sorten geschmacklich völlig in Ordnung. (Hier könnte man evtl. eine kleine "Bierprobe" mit jeweils einem 0,1l Glas von jeder Sorte mit auf die Karte nehmen.) Wir werden spätestens im Sommer wieder in Kassel sein und dann auf jeden Fall wieder einen Abstecher nach HaMü ins Ratsbrauhaus machen.

Das Essen war leider kein Genuss. Die Pommes waren noch weich und roh. Das Schnitzel sah nicht so aus, als hätte der Koch das selbst paniert. Die Salatbar bestand auch nur aus Fertigprodukten. Dafür muss man nicht Essen gehen. Einen Stern gibt's für das nette Personal und den anderen für das leckere Bier.

Schönes Ambiente. Die Bedienung ist immer freundlich und flott unterwegs. Das Essen war bisher immer lecker. Top... Sehr zu empfehlen.

Am 3.10.23 das ostdeutsche Buffet war klasse. War mal etwas völlig anderes für mich und meine Gäste. Weiter so.

Unsere Radelgruppe, 10 Personen, war heute Mittag dort essen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Keine lange Wartezeit. Essen und Getränke waren lecker. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Leckeres Essen und Bier. Lohnt sich auf jedenfall

Leckeres Essen, leckeres Bier, top Personal. Mehr braucht es eigentlich nicht, aber das urige, gemütliche Ambiente trägt maßgeblich zum Gesamtbild bei und sorgt für eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und werden definitiv wiederkommen, und sei es nur für das ein oder andere Kaltgetränk 😉

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 12 Personen da. Bedienung war freundlich und schnell. Essen und Getränke waren schnell da. Essen war super lecker! Das selbstgebraute Bier sowieso! Immer wieder gern!

Wir hatten uns zu Corona Zeiten schon leckeres Essen abgegolt... Dann hatten wir uns zwei mal Essen für eine Feier nach Hause liefern lassen. Pünktlich geliefert, netter u freundlicher Service! Auch vor Ort waren wir schon zum Essen da. Auch hier, netter und schneller Service. Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist super lecker, von der Würze bis zur Garzeit echt top Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Ratsbrauhaus ist sehr schön , innen und außen . Die Speisekarte ist nicht sehr groß- ein gutes Zeichen dafür , dass alles frisch zubereitet wird . Das Personal ist flink und freundlich.

Das Ambiente ist einem Ratskeller in einem so alten Gemäuer würdig. Auch der Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und umsichtig. Die Kartoffelsuppe war kräftig und lecker. Das Gulasch mit den Kartoffelklößen war ebenfalls schmackhaft. Die Forelle Müllerin Art mit Bratkartoffeln war auch gut zubereitet und lecker. Das im Haus gebrauchte Bier ist in beiden Sorten ein Genuss. Es war ein schöner Abend.
