Gasthaus Brauner Hirsch in Hann.Münden

Tolle Unterkunft, wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, welches sehr groß war. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine schöne Auswahl. Auch abends kann man im Restaurant super essen. Wir behalten das Gasthaus durchaus positiv im Erinnerung und falls wir auf der Ecke noch mal eine Unterkunft brauchen, wird das definitiv unsere Wahl werden. Zu beachten ist nur, dass es zu den oberen Stockwerken nur eine Treppe gibt, darauf wurden wir aber vor der Buchung drauf hingewiesen.

Schöne Lage mit viel Potential. Wir hatten ein tolles renoviertes Zimmer. Das Hotel eignet sich super für Tagestouren und Zwischenstopps. Wir waren im Rahmen einer Feierlichkeit dort. Das Essen war gut und der Service schnell und freundlich.

Durch Zufall haben wir dieses tolle Restaurant gefunden. Obwohl es eigentlich ausgebucht war, durften wir uns setzen mit der Bemerkung, dass es dauern könnte. Doch schon nach kurzer Zeit konnten wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben. Nach kurzer Wartezeit kamen die Getränke und auch zügig das Essen. Es war total lecker und nett angerichtet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder um dieses tolle Essen und den äußerst netten Service erneut zu erleben. Danke an die Betreiber und viel Glück bei der Suche nach einem Wohnmobil. 😀😎 Danke für die nette Bewirtung.

Sehr zufrieden - zuempfehlen. Sehr gut geführtes Restaurant, sehr gute Küche in freundlicher netter Umgebung. Sehr freundliche verbindliche Mitarbeiter. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast gut aufgehoben. Ein prima Gegengewicht zu Döner- und Imbissbuden. Ich bin nicht das letzte Mal als Gast dort gewesen. Bei Familienfesten gute Planung mit genauer Durchführung. Ein echter Geheimtipp.

Toll, einfach schön. Sehr herzlich, einfach und unkompliziert. Wer pompös und Spa mag, bitte wo anders suchen. Hier gibt es tolles Essen und ein ruhiges Haus zu sehr moderaten Preisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The food was delicious and the service impeccable.

We spent a night here with three children and a toddler on our way back from the airport and felt very comfortable in the spacious room. The staff was friendly and the breakfast with its lovely view of the surrounding nature was perfectly adequate. It was a shame that the family room couldn't be expanded to include a fifth bed if needed, but for just one night, that wasn't a problem for us. Many thanks to the friendly team.

The bathroom could use a renovation. Some silicone seals are coming loose, and the bathroom fan is unpleasantly loud and rattling. Everything else is super clean, and the small balcony is really nice, though it should be separated from the adjoining rooms. The food downstairs in the guest room isn't as cheap, but it's very high quality and plentiful. The Brauner Hirsch restaurant is highly recommended.

I tried calling several times, but the answering machine answered. As mentioned on the message, I left my number and my answering machine number. I'm still waiting for a call back. In any case, I won't be calling again. There are other accommodations 🤷‍♀️

We stayed at the Hirsch for three days with our motorhome and had a very comfortable stay. The food was delicious and the service staff were very attentive. The only criticism is the rather high parking fee of €20 per night at the hotel.

Idyllic location, very friendly, delicious food. We were passing through and stayed overnight. We'd love to come back.

We’ve been staying at Gasthaus Brauner Hirsch with our children for at least the last 5 years, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The place is spotless, comfortable, and truly welcoming. The family rooms are amazing – spacious and perfect for travelling with kids – and the breakfast is always lovely. What really makes it special are the owners, who are genuinely warm and caring and make you feel right at home. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and such personal hospitality. Highly recommended – we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

We were traveling as a couple and were fortunate enough to stay at this wonderful and excellent country inn. The room was modern, clean, and in excellent condition. Breakfast was good, and the service was also good! We highly recommend the attached inn. The food is delicious! Parking is available at the country inn. Thanks to the team at the Brauner Hirsch Inn.

The room was outstanding, and the house was set in a stunning landscape. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and the restaurant offered enough choices for dinner. There's also a shed for storing and charging e-bikes. The surroundings are beautiful, and you can reach the city in no time by bike.

The food was delicious and the staff friendly. I only found the outdoor chairs uncomfortable after sitting for a while. The location is quiet and pleasant.

Beautiful hotel run by the seventh generation. Located in a small beautiful village called Laubach located in Hann. Münden. Real German style both inside and out. It is a nice spacious Hotel with good sized rooms and dining rooms. And the food for both breakfast and dinner is of very good quality and very tasty.

Unser Sohn war gestern da und fühlte sich gleich wohl, denn die Betreuung ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und das Zimmer groß und sauber. Ein weiterer Besuch ist geplant, denn die Gegend und Unterkunft haben voll überzeugt

Brilliant, kind people, clean, roomy, good breakfest. It was shortly, but pleasure to stay. Easy connection to the highway, for those who search for short stop during business trip (which was my case). Late check-in was not a problem, we've got PIN for key case beside the entrance door. Thank you.

Das Restaurant und das Hotel ist ein Familien Betrieb. Im Restaurant gibt es nur eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen, aber die sind sehr lecker. Preis Leistung stimmt. Im Sommer kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen und in die Berge gucken. Das Restaurant ist für Rollstuhl fahrer geeignet und Hunde sind auch willkommen. Das Hotel ist von innen sehr modern und hell eingerichtet. Große Menschen müssen nur hier und da auf ihren Kopf aufpassen. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Für Menschen die schlecht zu Fuß sind eher nichts, denn es gibt kein Fahstul und die Zimmer sind im 1sten und 2ten og. Der Ort in dem der "Braune Hirsch" liegt ist etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist es leicht in den nächsten Ort zu kommen.

Sehr gute Bedienung aufmerksam und höflich Essen vorzügliche. Wir waren zum Weihnachtsbuffet dort und waren super Zufrieden kommen gerne wieder

Wij hebben dit hotel gebruikt om op de motor het Weserbergland en de Harz te verkennen. Na een dag toeren kan je lekker bijkomen op het terras. Daarna van een prima diner genieten in het restaurant. Prima ruime kamer goed schoon. Badkamer ook ruim en schoon. De omgeving is lekker rustig. Het enige wat jammer was is dat de motoren niet overdekt of binnen gestald konden worden. We moesten ze op de parkeerplaats van het hotel zetten wat op zich prima ging.

Very nicely located Gasthaus in beautiful surroundings. Old building fully renovated. Very nice room with nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with good and strong coffee. However croissants or similar sweets were missing as well as cut fruits. Dinner was good but not remarkable. Friendly staff.
