Arrogant, rude, and unmotivated... that pretty much sums up this place, and the pre-prepared platitudes of the so-called "Fries Friends" team don't help at all! We don't need them here; we need a new owner whose team doesn't give the impression of a prison kitchen where guests are treated like troublemakers! Being rudely and arrogantly dismissed because they're no longer taking orders... because I've been standing in the shop since 10 a.m.! ...with the gruff remark... come back in 20 minutes! ...is this supposed to be a restaurant?! Never before, anywhere, have I been treated like this—essentially refused service in a place that offers no service, for no apparent reason! I don't need an apology from some imaginary team. I will personally present this to the West Park management and ask if this is a suitable image for how customers should be treated in this shopping center.

The staff is very uncaring. Unfriendly is the order of the day.
