Arrogant, rude, and unmotivated... that pretty much sums up this place, and the pre-prepared platitudes of the so-called "Fries Friends" team don't help at all! We don't need them here; we need a new owner whose team doesn't give the impression of a prison kitchen where guests are treated like troublemakers! Being rudely and arrogantly dismissed because they're no longer taking orders... because I've been standing in the shop since 10 a.m.! ...with the gruff remark... come back in 20 minutes! ...is this supposed to be a restaurant?! Never before, anywhere, have I been treated like this—essentially refused service in a place that offers no service, for no apparent reason! I don't need an apology from some imaginary team. We ordered through Lieferando and it arrived earlier than expected. The food was also delicious, so everything was top-notch.

The food is very tasty, and yes, it's very unhealthy. Furthermore, the service isn't good, and the waitresses don't look at you very well if you do anything they don't like. That's very disrespectful. The only good things about this restaurant are the taste and the ambiance. There are very nice tables, and the noise level is just right.

The behavior is the lowest of the low, with strong language and insults to the guests. Even as a Berliner, you can't get away with everything. I hope you go bankrupt!
