Very disappointing. The employees are very unfriendly, disrespectful. We got the wrong food, the employee didn't want to exchange it for us. Only when we wanted to speak to the boss and didn't let up did we get it replaced. Fries soggy, small portions for too high a price

I ordered currywurst with chilli cheese fries (thick fries €0.50 extra) and paid €9.45 for it. Quite expensive for the small portion. Wouldn't eat there again.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is also very relaxed. But unfortunately that doesn't make the store any better because of the unfriendly and disrespectful behavior of the lady who often works at the checkout! A change of cashier would be desirable and highly recommended!

The food was a complete disappointment. We had 2x currywurst with fries and a mineral water. We paid €18.65. On the one hand, the currywurst was only lukewarm and on the other hand, the quantity was more like a very small bratwurst. Really a joke. As for the fries, we were also very disappointed. Even the ones from McDonald's taste better. Not to mention hygiene. Among other things, I was able to watch the trays being cleaned… Conclusion: Never again!

The cashier often seems to have a bad day. . The cashier with long dark hair was talking with the headset in her ear, it all seemed very hectic. So I ordered sweet potato fries with BBQ dip in easy-to-understand High German, without any dialect, and paid with a card. I got normal fries with bacon. I thought the order was safe for another customer and said again what I ordered. The cashier became very rude and loud and said a very obvious Turkish insult about me to her colleague. I told her in a friendly manner that she had probably misunderstood the order in the hustle and bustle, and she replied very angrily that she didn't speak any (quote: "asylantendeutsch"). I then received my "correct" order, but without dip and I shouldn't get back the money I paid too much, that's now a tip. I didn't give up and got 1 euro back instead of 1.50 and only received dry fries without the dip I paid for. The big colleague then intervened that I no longer had the right to the money I had paid too much. I was extremely horrified as this had never happened to me before. But it doesn't seem to have been an isolated incident that day, other customers reported. So never again for me! The fries were okay, but inedible without the dip and with the nasty drama.

Food brought incorrectly will not be exchanged, service is super unfriendly and seems very annoyed. Cold currywurst, oversalted fries. For the price you can expect more! However, the restaurant is nicely decorated.

Hey guys, it was probably a bad day at the cashier. Ordered fries with bacon. I got warm to cold fries. The package of fries was only half full. I can understand that everyone needs to pay more attention to the price. But a half-full pack and cold fries aren't nice at €6.95. Things are different in Munich OEZ. The fries are fresh and the package is as full as it is shown in the photo. So dear Ingolstadt Westpark team. You still have room for improvement. P.S. Once again the fries are not ready, they are soggy and they even smell raw. And when you point it out, you only get annoyed looks. Women with long black hair are 80% always unfriendly and annoyed. Doesn't wear a hair tie, eats in front of the customers. For the price of the food, you really expect more..

Well, the fries weren't great for the price.

Der Laden an sich ist sehr modern und cool. Bedienung eher wortkark und unmotiviert. Das wichtigste das Essen: leider sehr enttäuschend... Currywurst war eiskalt, Currysouce kalt und zu Süß. Pommes waren ok aber nix besonderes. Alles in allem einmal und nie wieder. Schade.

Ich liebe das Essen dort aber eine Schulung darüber wie man mit Kunden spricht würde der ein oder anderen Mitarbeiterin vielleicht nicht schaden

Ich war hier schon 3 mal und die Pfeffersoße ist jedesmal ausverkauft. Wahrscheinlich wird die soße nicht mal nachbestellt. Pommes war lecker.

Wir waren am 18.11.2023 im Westpark Ingolstadt und wählten die ,,Pommesfreunde" für unser Abendessen aus. Im Nachhinein eine falsche Entscheidung. Wir nahmen ein Cheeseburger-Menü und einmal das BBQ Cheeseburger-Menü. Zuerst verlief auch alles wie geplant. Bestellung wurde fix aufgenommen und von mir bezahlt. Nach längerer Wartezeit wurde ich aber etwas verwundert, da zwei Herren die am Nachbartisch saßen und erst nach uns kamen, ihre Burgerbestellung bereits erhielten. Die beiden Herren prüften ihre Bestellung, fassten die auf den Tabletts befindlichen Burger an, drehten sie in alle Richtungen um dann festzustellen, dass es sich nicht um ihre Bestellung handelte. Einer der Herren brachte daraufhin die falsch ausgegebe Bestellung zurück und bekam daraufhin andere Tabletts mit Burgern ausgehändigt. Der hinter dem Tresen beschäftige Mitarbeiter rief mich dann flux herbei und wollte mir das Tablett, das der Herr am Nachbartisch zurückgebracht hatte aushändigen. Dies war meiner Ansicht nach eine absolute Frechheit, da die Burger von den beiden Herren neben uns bereits mehrfach angefasst wurden. Ich teilte dem Mitarbeiter hinter dem Tresen mit, dass ich die Burger nicht annehme, da diese bereits angefasst wurden und ich neue Burger möchte. Diese bekamen wir dann auf Beschwerde meinerseits dann auch und die Burger schmeckten auch ganz gut. Von den dazugehörigen, absolut mittelsmäßig schmeckenden Pommes hatten wir uns aber aufgrund des Namens ,,Pommesfreunde" doch mehr erwartet. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich aber hauptsächlich auf den Versuch des Mitarbeiters, Burger-Menüs an uns rauszugeben, die bereits mehrere Minuten in fremden Händen waren. Absolut ekelhaft und untragbar so ein unhygienisches Verhalten mit Lebensmitteln. Die ,,Pommesfreunde" werden uns auf alle Fälle nicht nochmal als Gäste begrüßen. Zum Glück gibt es ja im Westpark Ingolstadt genügend weitaus bessere Alternativen.

Wir waren schön öfters dort aber beim letzten Mal wurden wir richtig verarscht...Hot Dog bestellt und Bratwurst bekommen. Nach einer reklamation hieß es nur"schmeckt eh alles gleich",kein entgegen kommen gar nichts... Enttäuschung pur....schade

Einmal und nicht wieder. Wir waren schon sehr enttäuscht. Hatte die BBQ Pommes genommen. Hatte mich optisch am meisten angesprochen. Es wahr eine Bacon Scheibe drauf. Und die total verbrannt. Die Pommes übersalzen. Mein Gatte hatte einen Burger. Der wahr echt lecker. Das wars dann auch schon. Personal wahr nett u flott. Leider zu spät die Bewertungen angeschaut. Sonst hätte ich den Kassenzettel mitgenommen. Um zu kontrollieren. Wir werden dort nicht mehr essen. Vielleicht bekommen sie wo anders nochmal eine Chance. Aber wohl eher nicht.

Sehr kleine Portionen... Man wird auch komisch angeschaut wenn man nach einem extra Becher für Soße nachfragt.

Die Burger und die Pommes sind in Ordnung. Mehr auch nicht. Imbiß-Ambiente. Selbstbedienung. Zum Menüpreis 14,95€ könnte man aus dem Burger etwas mehr rausholen. Pluspunkt- Getränke in Flaschen und keine Sirup-Mischgetränke.

Freundliche Bedienung. Essen war schnell da und geschmacklich auch. Alles in Ordnung. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren kurz nach der Eröffnung und es hat uns nicht so geschmeckt. Heute wollten wir es nochmal probieren, aber wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Die Pommes der Pommesfreunde sind extrem versalzen. Und die sind zwar knusprig, aber innen einen Touch zu wenig durch. Der Burger war solide und gut. Aber auch beim Fleisch schmecke ich sehr viel Salz. Sehr schade.

Ich glaube ich wurde etwas über den Tisch gezogen. Ich denke bei Menüs ist ein Getränk enthalten. (Zumindest ist es so abgebildet und der Preis würde das auch vermuten lassen) Das wurde mir bei Nachfrage jedoch vorenthalten, stattdessen ein Getränk zusätzlich verrechnet. Habe aber eben nur eines erhalten. Ähnliches ist ja einem weiteren Rezensenten auch passiert. Also könnte der Verdacht aufkommen, dass es kein Versehen war. Essen war gut, wenn auch wenig für den Preis. wobei ich bei einem Imbiss, der Pommes Freunde heißt, bessere Pommes erwartet hätte. Meine waren nicht richtig knusprig, aber noch ok.

Pommes waren leider versalzen. Probiere es gerne beim nächsten Mal wieder

Wurst lauwarm. Saucen teilweise nicht befüllt. Viel zu teuer, für die Portionen. Wenigstens ist das Curry Gewürz gut. Muss ich nicht nochmal hin.

Wir waren das erste mal hier und es war sehr gut. Leider habe ich die Veganen Speisen zu spät gesehen. Die werden wir beim nächsten mal testen 👍🏽

Haben uns bei dem Namen pommes Freunde mehr erwartet. Sehr dünner patty im Burger und wenig sonstiges. Pommes leider nicht wirklich knusprig.

Die Pommes waren sehr sehr lecker und das Personal ist freundlich und nett, dass besondere bei Pommes war das die Pommes nicht fett waren.

Die Süßkartoffel Pommes sind einfach die besten.

War sehr lecker, preislich in Ordnung. Service an der Theke war okay. Nicht so gemütlich vom Ambiente her aber es war okay. Man kann sich das mal gönnen.

Essen war sehr lecker. Als wir da waren, herrschte Ruhe und es ging sehr schnell. Burger waren lecker, Süßkartoffelpommes waren sehr lecker. Dass man die Soßen selber holen kann und so viel man will, fand ich super. Wir gehen bestimmt mal wieder hin.

War zum ersten Mal dort. Der Burger ist unteres Mittelmaß. Die Realität schaut anders aus als auf dem Foto. Mir hat's leider nicht geschmeckt würde nicht mehr hingehen.

Ein muss wenn man im Westpark ist

Bekomme eine lauwarme Cola. Meine Reklamation wird beantwortet mit: „Aber jetzt habe ich die ja schon geöffnet!“ Habe dann auf eine kalte Cola bestanden und die auch bekommen. Punktabzug dafür. Die Burger sind klein, dafür recht teuer - aber tatsächlich lecker.

Freundliches Personal, leckere Pommes (verschiedene Sorten zur Auswahl) Burger, Currywurst und Hot-Dog immer frisch zubereitet. Komme gerne wieder 👍 😋

Der Laden ist super! Super nette Mtarbeiter und das Mädchen mit roten Haaren war ein Stich ins Auge (positiv). Das Essen war lecker 😋 und die Menge war mehr als genug für den Preis. Mann kann den Laden nicht bemängeln und ich fand das ist einer der besten food stores im Westpark. Und der Chef war korrekt.
