Zum Türmle in Weinstadt

We've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. The home-style cooking is always very good. The service has always been very friendly, and we will continue to eat here.

When ordering, I literally asked if it was possible to have a portion of spaetzle with chanterelle sauce (which was currently available according to the menu), to which I was told yes. The surprise came when I got the bill: they summarily charged me for a pasta dish listed on the current "delicatessen menu," for which the price was set at €24.50. When I politely pointed out the (in my opinion) error, I was told that this was correct, as they had served me this dish – with spaetzle instead of pasta. When I objected that this wasn't what I ordered and that they couldn't seriously charge €24.50 for a portion of spaetzle, the owner (?) who had come over brusquely asked me if I "actually knew what chanterelle mushrooms cost?!" Aside from the fact that they charged for something they didn't order, I could have also pointed out that what was billed wasn't even served yet: the number of chanterelle mushrooms in the single digits, the billed pasta dish with bacon, which was missing from my portion of spaetzle... But that was too stupid for me, and in the end, I just paid for it. For me, it was a very unpleasant experience, and definitely not one I'll repeat.

The location, with its stunning view, is impressive. The three of us dined there and weren't disappointed, but we weren't thrilled either. We had expected more...

I visited this German restaurant for lunch and was completely impressed! The food was truly delicious – freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A great selection, especially for lunch, with fair prices and generous portions. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive – you immediately feel like you're in good hands. The ambiance was also very pleasant: cozy, clean, and stylish, ideal for a relaxed get-together. There was also a good selection of drinks, both non-alcoholic and traditional, with a cold beer to accompany your meal. I'll definitely be back – a real insider tip for friends or a relaxed meal in between!

The Türmle in Gundelsbach is highly recommended! The roast beef with onions and spicy fried potatoes was absolutely delicious. And the terrace upstairs is a dream—so idyllic with the magnificent view of the vineyards! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We think it's great. Above all, it is open again on Sundays. Unfortunately there are hardly any vegetarian dishes. So everything is tip top!

I personally have travelled to Germany from American for pleasure 3 times and have come to Zum Turmle everytime. They have made us feel so welcome. They are so kind, and lucky for is they spoke great English. The food was the best we’ve had in Germany.

Cozy Swabian restaurant. The service was very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent. My country duck with red cabbage, potato dumplings and applesauce was very tasty. For dessert there was pumpkin seed ice cream with salted caramel pumpkin seeds. Highly recommended. The side salad was also very tasty. We were immediately asked about intolerances because we remembered from the last time that someone in our group had not tolerated something.

Unfortunately, the prices bear no relation to the performance, which is a shame. But unfortunately I expect more at these prices. Great service! Vegetarian alternatives are rare and vegan are non-existent. Edit: According to your request, the onion roast was, if I had to estimate, about 250 grams raw weight and gristly. The salads are tiny. That would be okay given the portions, but then I expect really top-class cuisine for the price, which unfortunately wasn't the case here. In terms of the overall package, this was a meal for which I would happily leave €40 in a club hostel, but for €60 it was simply weak. The biggest highlight for me is still the service staff.

We were there on a Saturday evening with three adults and a toddler. The restaurant was pretty busy. The service was pretty busy, but overall it was still friendly and accommodating. We also soon got a high chair for our little one. The burnt Swabian Maultaschen had a pleasantly good cup board filling. Anyway, I found them pretty tasty. There was also egg, a little salad and a potato salad. However, the potato salad lacks sophistication as it was only dressed with oil and vinegar. A little fresh cress or chives and a different combination of herbs would definitely have made the potato salad good. The quantity was plenty overall, but the price for such a traditional, simple dish is quite ambitious. Our granddaughter had a children's portion of spaetzle with cream sauce, and she ate all of it with great appetite. And then she begged Grandpa for some chocolate ice cream. The others had salad with goat cheese wrapped in bacon or with chicken strips. The wine was from a renowned winemaker in the area and we tried three different grape varieties, but the quarter for €8.20 is also very ambitious in terms of price. The food is okay overall, but falls short of expectations given the price. There's actually more to come.

It was completely consistent. Very friendly welcome and great food with perfect service. Wonderful peace and quiet in nice Remstäler surroundings. You should just make your own impressions! It is incomprehensible why negative reviews are made. Just talk to the host if something is wrong and don't keep your mouth shut and then make negative reviews immediately afterwards. This species can no longer be understood today. Well, “we” liked it and we’ll be back. Thanks again for the nice evening.

Unfortunately I cannot agree with the many positive reviews. After we were told right away when we ordered that it was undesirable to only eat small things on Sundays, we were allowed to place our desired order. However, when asked about the salad dressing, the information was given that each salad had its own dressing. I asked that only the salads without dairy ingredients be served due to my milk allergy. Unfortunately, I still got salads with dairy ingredients. Unfortunately, there was no response to my mention of this when paying.

I was looking for a restaurant for a long time that offered a good cordon bleu. I found what I was looking for here. Simply great. Very nice service. Definitely come back. The roof terrace with a view of the vineyards is also very nice.

We were looking for a special restaurant for our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed with this restaurant! Highly Recommended! The service was a 10/10 and the food was also excellent (the portions could be a little larger for men :D) We'll definitely be back!

It's difficult for me to give a rating. The service is really great, the staff is super nice. Ambience and view very nice. The food is OK. To be honest, I'm disappointed with the price-performance ratio. When it came to the portion of sausage salad, I initially thought it might be a small portion. There has to be more to it. The remaining portion sizes were fine. The roast is definitely not worth the €35, sorry. Instead of one nice piece, we had 2 slices each (2+1cm thick).

On recommendation, we went to the restaurant for a small meal at lunchtime. We were able to sit outside on the terrace with a wonderful view of the vineyards. The service was super nice, the food came quickly and was very tasty. Varied menu with Swabian classics, but also a few other dishes.

We chose this restaurant on a trip to the Remstal and were absolutely not disappointed in all respects. The food is first class, the service is excellent and the ambience is wonderful. We will definitely come back as soon as the grape harvest begins.

Six of us ate at Türmle. The location and the view are very beautiful and convincing. The prices for the slightly too small portions are too high. What struck me particularly negatively was that these are not home-made, home-breaded and freshly pan-fried schnitzels, but rather ready-made schnitzels from the deep fryer. For the price of €18.5 without salad, I expect fresh products.

I was a guest at a larger celebration. The dishes that were already ordered: The mixed salad was very good as a starter. Likewise the spaetzle, a very tasty sauce. The meat was also very well prepared, including a small roast that was more like lamb salmon in a shortened form. Dessert was good, namely apple fritters with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and a dab of cream. The food was served very slowly with huge interruptions and was therefore still lukewarm. The person sitting next to me was forgotten with a vegetarian dish and was reminded to get her dish after 2 hours, when all the guests had already finished eating. Result: completely unsuitable for a larger society. Any form of cordiality: equally inappropriate. I was then able to find out from the host that a fairly large amount would be charged for washing each tablecloth. Only, as I discovered, it was made of paper. I'll spare myself a comment on this. Ultimately, I will never come back to this restaurant and certainly not recommend it to any of my friends! For this price-performance level there are other very recommendable “I call it restaurants” in the Remstal.

More enjoyment is not possible. Mr. Lenz and his team gave us an unforgettable evening. The food was of the very best quality. We have rarely eaten so well. Quaint restaurant with very nice staff. Excellent onion roast with very tasty fried potatoes. Pork slices with spaetzle are also great. When it came to salmon with potato salad, I found the breaded salmon a bit overdone - but overall it was great. It was too tasty for photos 🤪

Essen verdient eigentlich 5 Punkte. Jedoch ist die spezielle Speisekarte etwas zu einseitig. Heute waren es viele Kalbsgerichte..Leberleber Niere Herz, 1x Fisch.... Ein wunderschöner Geheimtipp, jedoch "Achtung" Öffnungszeiten beachten ! Lohnenswert da das essen unfassbar lekker ist. Auch der Beilagensalat ist ein gemischter ... voll lekker. Service war hm, ja oke. Preise angemessen! Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden.

Leider war das vorerst der letzte Besuch im Türmle. Eigentlich waren wir im großen und ganzen mit dem Essen zufrieden aber wie wir verabschiedet wurden , nämlich gar nicht, motiviert mich zu dieser Bewertung. Also der Zwiebelrostbraten war geschmacklich super, aber mit Knorpeln und sehr klein, allgemein sind die Portionen nicht sehr groß . Das Lachsgericht war auch sehr lecker aber ich verstehe nicht warum man am Gemüse dermaßen spart, so wenig Gemüse habe ich sonst noch nirgend bekommen. Am schlimmsten war aber am Schluss der Kellner, welcher nicht mal tschüss gesagt hat und offensichtlich beleidigt mit uns war, weil wir nicht viel Trinkgeld gegeben haben. Wir haben für zwei Personen und ein kleines Kind dort 90€ ausgegeben, was echt nicht wenig ist und wir haben das Restaurant mit einem echt schlechten Gefühl verlassen und uns den restlichen Abend über diese wie ich finde Unverschämtheit geärgert. Wir kommen nicht mehr, es gibt genug gleichwertige Restaurants in der Gegend.

Haben absolut NICHTS auszusetzen... und kommen definitiv wieder! Fantastisches Essen, sehr aufmerksamer, supernetter Service, die Chefin hat es wirklich total drauf! ;) Mitten in den Weinbergen gelegen, perfekt für DEN Radtourstopp. Spontan wurden wir gerade noch so zu viert aufgenommen... das Essen ging schnell und war wirklich ausgezeichnet... vom Salat bis zum Nachtisch megalecker. Nächstes Mal reservieren wir... und freuen uns jetzt schon total drauf!

Wir haben seit langem nicht mehr so gut gegessen wie hier. Sehr schönes und gut gelegenes Restaurant, mit sehr sehr gutem Essen...vom Salat, Hauptspeise bis hin zum Nachtisch :-))))) Noch ein sehr großes Lob an den netten Kellner. Er ist sehr aufmerksam, nett und lustig. Nur zu empfehlen.... weiter so.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant mit schöner Terrasse und sind dort fündig geworden, beide Terrassen sind wirklich sehr schön und sehr gemütlich. Besonders möchte ich die wirklich sehr freundliche Bedienung loben, sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker und der Preis war gut. Auch innere Gastraum war sehr einladend. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen Vielen Dank für den wirklich netten Abend.

Der Kellner ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, er sagt selbst das sei sein Leben. Nahezu alles frisch gekocht, toller Ausblick, außerdem noch günstig. Viele Parkplätze und nette Chefs.

Eines der schönsten Restaurants in der Gegend im Sommer. Herrlicher Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse, super leckeres Essen und freundlicher Service. Auf jeden Fall ausprobieren.

Habe hier heute gut gegessen. Ein schönes Ambiente. Und wurde auch freundlich bedient. Das Essen hat sehr gut und frisch geschmeckt. Eine Reservierung ist von Vorteil.

Gebratenen Maultaschen waren ok.. Kartoffelsalat überhaupt nicht unser Fall Dann haben wir Konserven mit genommen , Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.. Champignons Rahm war versauert. Gulasch war nur spekiges Fleisch, (für mich abfall reste ) vorhanden .

Essen gut bürgerlich und gemütliches Ambiente. Spontaner Besuch, uch gut mit Kindern :) Gerne wieder
