Except for the food, which wasn't good or original, it was fine (I had onion roast and my partner had cheese spaetzle). Tip for the chef: go out to eat in other restaurants and realize that there is still a lot of catching up to do.

Typical Bavarian brewery, good food, excellent beer, welcoming and friendly staff.

Together with several colleagues we were in the beer garden on a beautiful summer day. Nobody really noticed at first - but later we got our order. After waiting for over an hour, our food arrived, which was quite decent and good. After eating we had to pay attention again so we could (finally) pay.

Resolute Bavarian service. Delicious beer and tasty food. We ate crusty roast meat and pork shanks.

We were there with a coach with 60 people with disabilities and seniors, We had lunch and were all very full within an hour. We came back in the afternoon to eat coffee and apple strudel and what can I say, it was just a dream. Very good cuisine, great service. And very importantly, everything is handicapped accessible.

We were in Kempten one evening on our way to South Tyrol and stopped here. The atmosphere in the beer garden is quite cozy, the food and beer were very tasty! We would come back at any time! The service was also friendly and quick, even though all the tables were occupied. The food also came promptly.

A very nice Bavarian economy. With a rustic atmosphere and a large beer garden. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the portions are big enough. Beer is great too... It was essential to make a reservation in the beer garden, but we also got a table outside.

Unfortunately, the risotto didn't taste like anything and was very expensive.

It was quite crowded outside, so we sat inside in a comfortable seating area. Nice service, the food came quite quickly and was consistently delicious. One of the best Kaiserschmarrn we've ever had, the rest was really good too.

Beautiful outside garden where you can sit. Once you have made a reservation you can sit at the small tables in the middle of the garden. If you don't make a reservation, you will end up sitting at large "beer tables", so it is also possible that you will have guests at your table that you do not know. The portions are generous, and the glasses of drinks are large by Dutch standards.

The food was pretty good, it was very typical “Allgäu”. i really enjoyed the food, it was just a little pricey and not the BEST i’ve ever had. The service was good and the waitress was very polite. they seemed very stressed and hence some of the other waitresses seemed a little passive, but again it was a really nice summer day so it made sense that it got really busy. we did really love how big the drinks were. we ordered two “schorlen” and they came in really big glasses. it was extremely hot and therefore we appreciated that a lot! the bathroom was really clean it was in the basement though so i’m not sure if they have another one that’s wheelchair accessible. therefore i’d recommend calling them and asking in advance if that is something that you need. thank you for the great food!

Wonderful place to have good food and drink. The holiday beer tasted very good and all the dishes were tasty and plentiful. Price performance definitely fits here. Service was very good and the beer garden invited you to linger. We stopped in Kempten on the way to Italy and ate there. We liked it so much that we stopped there again on the way back. They were two lovely stays. Highly recommended, gladly again.

Friendly service, very accommodating and quick. Great ambience and chic furnishings. Food was very tasty and good portion sizes. Despite very high utilization, very fast service and top quality.

The outdoor area is pretty enjoyable. Food was quite nice. The pork knuckle was crispy enough to break in the mouth. Challenged with parking as the paid lots nearby are pretty small. The billing process was too slow to get it done and go. In-house Wifi is required a password from staff but it is not really working well.

Fantastic place! Came in on a Saturday evening at around 7 PM and found a table instantly. It was just left by the previous occupiers, but the waitress was there in an instant to clear the table. Asked (in English, which wasn't a problem) what the local beer was and was given several options. The first round came promptly. The food came after about 15 minutes and it was a huge portion and bloody delicious! Sat at the table for another hour just drinking beer (since there was always a table free) and there was no hassle to get the table, we were just able to sit and enjoy great beer at a great place, in a great city on a perfect summer night. If I ever find myself in Kempten again, I know for sure where I'll come for my beer and food!

Super nice service. Great value for money. The food was very tasty, excellently prepared. The drinks were also great. Despite the high number of visitors outside and inside, there were no long waiting times! We were there with 3 people and were served politely and friendly and quickly. Nice restaurant with delicious food. Will come again. I ate a schnitzel with fries. Price €17.50 07/2024 The schnitzel came with a packet of mayo. No ketchup. I may not have gotten ketchup because I ordered cranberries. These can be added optionally. The food came nicely presented on a plate that was a little too small and of course the schnitzel was on top of the fries, making it difficult to cut. I'm still very satisfied, but you should be more generous with ketchup and mayo.

Location is very spacious and loud. The service is super nice and the food tastes okay. Had the Viennese style schnitzel and the fries. Unfortunately the schnitzel was much too thick but tasted okay. Fries are heavily seasoned and therefore may not be suitable for children. But it fits quite well so far. If you don't mind the volume, feel free to give it a try.

The restaurant is beautiful, we sat outside on a lovely warm evening had high hopes for this place but the service let it down. We sat with empty glasses for over 20 minutes after our meal and decided to pay up and leave as it was obvious we weren't very welcome. Food was average, chips were luke warm and pork steaks a but fatty. Maybe they don't like English tourist as other people were being served it just seemed to be us that had really poor service. Wouldn't rush to go back here which is a shame as the beer garden is really beautiful.

Been there again for a very long time. Not much has changed. Food is ok, the plate language could be a little more refined (cabbage doughnuts). The chocolate creme brulee with the berries was visually beautiful. Unfortunately, some berries had no taste even though they looked nice. The bowl could have been filled a little more.

Very good restaurant near the residence in the middle of Kempten. We were greeted very friendly, the employees are careful and very competent. There was a wedding in the next room with a small band, but that wasn't a problem. The food was plentiful and very tasty. We felt very comfortable, thank you.
